CASE OF  RIOTING , HURT AND  THEFT

1.  Case FIR No. 94/16 dated  15/04/16  U/S  147, 148, 323, 382 ,506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vipin Kumar S/O Sh. Ramadhar R/O  Madhupura PO  Singhpura Tehsil  Patyali Thana Ganjdudwara District  Karaganj (UP)  that  he  was  running a Rehari at Jawahar Park  Sundernagar. On  15/04/16  Contractor Dinesh Kumar   came  alongwith  8-9 people   and  asked  for the money and when he  denied to   give the money then   they all   person  pushed away  his rehari,  beat him up and  also   snatched    Rs.30,000 from his  pocket. They all also threatened  him  with dire consequences.  ASI  Parkash  Chand  I.O. of  P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No.  95/16  dated 16/04/16  U/S 341,  186, 506 , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the  complaint of  Sh. Mahesh Kumar  presently serving as  present    driver  in   Govt. Hospital  Sundernagar that  on 15/04/16  he was  coming  from Bhour  alongwith  Ambulance 108 , in the mean time  two unknown person  obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences.  SI  Vijay  Kumar  Addl. SHO of  P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case. 

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1.  Case FIR No. 103/16 dated 15/04/16  U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Ramni Devi W/O Sh. Kishan Chand R/O Chaleda PO  Sehli Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP) that on 15/04/16   she was  going to her cowshed , in the mean time  her nephew  Kuldhir Singh  started  to  beat  her son  and  also  obstructed her way and beat her up.  HC  Amrit  Lal  No. 413 I.O. of PP Kotli is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1.  Case FIR No. 106/16 dated 15/04/16  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S.   Balh on the complaint of Sh. Mohan Singh S/O Sh. Shankar Dass R/O Bawat PO Sidhyani Tehsil Balh  District Mandi (HP) that on 15/04/16  Vidya Sagar &  Khimi Devi  resident of  the same locality  obstructed his way   and beat him  up.  ASI  Bodh Raj I/C of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

 

1. Case FIR No. 107/16  dated 16/04/16  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been  registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt.  Khimi  Devi W/O Sh. Vidyasagar R/O Sidhyani Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 15/04/16  she was   working   near her home, in the mean time  Pawan Kumar,  Palwi, Maya Devi all the  resident of same locality   obstructed  her way and beat  her up.  ASI  Bodh Raj I/C P.P.  Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

1. Case FIR No. 102/16 dated 15/04/16  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar  by  ASI  Anand Kishor I.O. of P.S. Sadar that on 15/04/16  at about 6:45  PM he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Alathu and during the course of patrolling he recovered  3000 ML  Country Liquor from the possession of  Aman Singh  S/O Sh. Jodh Singh R/O  Ratti Pul  P.O. Alathu Tehsil  Sadar District Mandi (HP) . ASI  Anand Kishor I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.  

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

1. Case FIR No. 105/16 dated 15/04/16   U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has registered in P.S. Balh by SI Kuldeep Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 15/04/2016 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Lassi Ka Padhar and  during the patrolling he recovered 5 litters illicit liquor from the possession of Jagdish Kumar S/O Sh. Mitter Dev R/O Kandya PO Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Kuldeep Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1. 123    Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs.  12,900 /- was recovered and 15 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1500  was  recovered    during last 24 hours.
