CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 38/16 dated 01/05/2016 U/S 279,337 IOC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Pune Ram S/O Sh. Oat Ram R/O Vill. Talara P.O. Barehain Sub Tehsil Sainj Distt. Kullu (HP) that today an Alto Car (HP06A-0492) came very rashly from Mandi side towards Kullu and hit Sh. Chaman Lal at Thalaut and sped away from the spot. HC Hari Singh No. 407 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

    

CASE OF NEGLIGENT ACT WITH RESPECT TO FIRE  

1. Case FIR NO. 49/16 dated 30/04/2016 U/S 285 IPC has been registered in P.S.BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Prabh Dayal Forest Guard, Sunderngar Forrest Division that on 29/04/2016 some unknown culprits set on fire Forest Areas of Jai Devi Forest which caused huge loss of forest produce. HC Vinod Kumar No. 18 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

    

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 107/16 dated 30/04/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ravi Sharma S/O Sh. Rikhi Ram VPO Bijahar Tehsil Badser Distt. Hamirpur (HP) that on 30/04/2016 a car (HP31A-8452) met with an accident near Jhula bridge Sundernagar and three occupants of said car sustained injuries. This accident took place due to rash and negligent driving by   Netar Singh S/O Sh. Sewak Ram VPO Marathu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) driver of said car. SI Surinder Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

    

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 41/16 date4d 01/05/2016 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Ram Chander S/O SH. Narayan Singh R/O VPO Sari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/04/2016 Lavi S/O Sh. Gulab Singh R/O VPO Sari Tehsil Sarkghat District Mandi obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Naresh Kumar No. 862 I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigating case

    

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS & HURT

1. Case FIR No. 126/16 dated 30/04/2016 U/S 451,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Nimli Devi W/O Sh. Krishan Dev R/O Vill. Bandropa PO Thauna Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/04/2016 Padam Dev and his son Rakesh Kumar entered in her courtyard and beat up her husband Sh. Krishan Chand. SI Karanjeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1. 290  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 28,300/-  was recovered,  14 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs.1400/- was recovered and 3  Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 14,500 was recovered during last 24 hours.
