1 Case FIR No. 74/16 dated 10/05/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act, U/S 32&33 of Indian Forest Act and U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI Gopal Singh I/C of PP Janjehli that on 09/05/16 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Jihar and during the patrolling he recovered 216 Bottles of Country Liquor, 48 Bottles of English Wine & 221 K.G. Rakhal ( Forest product) from the possession of Govind Singh S/O Sh. Man Dass R/O Vill. Jihar PO. Khunachi Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) from his shop. SI Gopal I/C of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2 Case FIR No. 75/16 dated 10/05/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Chatter Singh I.O. CIA Mandi (HP) that on 10/05/16 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Chailchowk and during the course of patrolling he recovered 7 Bottles of Country Liquor & 12 Bottles of English Wine . ASI Chatter Singh I.O. of CIA Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3 Case FIR No. 36/16 dated 10/06/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by ASI Roop Singh incharge Police Post Kamand that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Salgi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Ganga Ram S/O Sh. Rattan Chand Vill Salgi PO Kamand Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi HP. ASI Roop Singh I/C PP Kamand is investigating the case.
CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT
4 Case FIR No. 131/16 dated 10/05/16 U/S 353, 332, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Kameshwar Sharma S/O Sh. Thakur Dass R/O Reur District Mandi (HP) presently head teacher at Govt. Primary School Chhajwahan. On 10/05/16 he was present in the office of his school , in the mean time a Yadvinder S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Chhajwahan Distict Mandi (HP) came there and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences . ASI Bodh Raj Incharge Police Post Rewalsar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
5 Case FIR No. 84/16 dated 11/05/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Prabhu Nath S/O Sh. Nand Lal R/O Dehribhar PO Rupgar District Gorakhpur (UP) presently residing in the house of Om Parkash R/O Garoru Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 10/05/16 he was doing the morning walk near his home , in the mean time Dalip Singh , Aju, Punni all resident of same locality came there , obstructed his way and beat him up . HC Rajmal No. 875 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

6 Case FIR No. 73/16 dated 11/05/16 U/S 354, 354(A) , 354(B) IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of a lady VPO Menadi Tehsil Karsog District Mandi (HP) that on 10/05/16 she was coming back to her home and when she reached near Tangda, in the mean time Nokhu Ram S/O Sh. Het Ram R/O Kula Dhardu PO Khanyol Bagra District Mandi (HP) came there and tried to outrage her modesty . ASI Mohan Joshi I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
7 Case FIR No 134/16 dated 10/5/16 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in this P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ravinder Kumar S/O Sh. Bhag singh VPO Grouru Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt.Mandi (H.P) that on 10/5/16 time about 5.30 P.M. Tara Chand obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries and also threatened them with dire consequences. SI Karanjeet Singh I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY & UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLY
8 Case FIR No. 135/16 dated 11/05/16 U/S 141, 341 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by SI Sandeep Chaudhary SHO of P.S. Sarkaghat that on 11/05/16 Kissan Sabha organized a rally under the leadership of Bhupender Singh along with ten peoples near Tihara and they also obstructed the road as a result traffic jam occurred . SI Sandeep Chaudhary SHO of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

250 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 31,200/- was recovered and 3Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered and 1 Challan was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4500/- was recovered during last 24 hours
