CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR No. 139/16 dated  19/05/16  U/S 341, 323, 504  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Rama Devi W/O Sh. Gian Chand  R/O  Maswadi PO  Talyahar Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP) that  her brother-in-law  namely  Lekh Raj obstructed her way and beat her up .  HC Kamal Singh  No. 79  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No. 79/16 dated 18/05/16  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Dole Ram S/O Sh. Gokul Chand R/O Gunad PO  Kot Tehsil Chachiot  District Mandi (HP)  that on 18/05/16  Tek Chand came alongwith his  wife namely  Kaushlaya Devi and   son  Narender Kumar, obstructed his way and  beat him up  and  he sustained injuries.  HC  Deep Chand  No. 91  I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No. 137/16 dated 19/05/16  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh  on  the complaint of Sh. Nota Ram S/O Sh. Balak Ram R/O  Hatnala PO Gurkotha Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 18/05/16  Karam Singh  and  Sanjay Kumar  obstructed  his way and beat  him up  and also threatened him with dire consequences.  HC Chaman Lal  I.O. of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

4          Case FIR No. 118/16 dated 18/05/16 U/S 15 of NDPS Act  has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar  by  ASI    Incharge  PP  Dehar  that on 18/05/16 he  laid a nakka alongwith other police officials  at  Jarol  and during the checking of a Truck(HP69A-1979)  he  recovered  512  Gram  Sawdust-poppy from the  possession of  driver of said  truck namely  Virender Kumar  S/O Sh. Ramesh Chand R/O Rachera PO  Thurahan Tehsil Jha District  Bilaspur(HP)  aged 25 years old .  ASI Brij Lal  Incharge PP Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE  OF EXCISE ACT

5          Case FIR No. 119/16 dated 18/05/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act  has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar  by ASI  Jeet Ram I/C of PP Slapper that on 12/05/16   he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Bhubana  and during the patrolling  he  recovered  7 Bottles of Country  Liquor  from the possession  of Prakesh Chand S/O Sh. Chet Ram Vill Bhubana P.O.Jarol Tehsil Distt Mandi (H.P.) ASI  Jeet Ram  I/C of  P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6          Case FIR No. 120/16 dated 18/05/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ankush Sood S/O Sh. Pradeep Sood R/O  Kufri Tehsil Sadar District   Shimla (HP) that  he was  present at Kangoo, in the mean time  Tourist  Bus(DL-1PD-0809) came rashly  and negligently from  Manali side and  hit his car.  ASI  Jeet Singh  I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7          Case FIR No. 145/16 dated 18/05/16  U/S 341, 342, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sandeep Kumar S/O Sh. Basant Singh  R/O Dabohi Narola PO Jaihmat Tehsil Baldwara District  Mandi (HP) that  on 17/05/16  he  was  coming to  Jahu  along with his   Truck ( HP65-4809)  and when reached near Bhambla, in the mean time  unknown person  obstructed  his way and   abused him and also threatened him with dire consequences.  HC Rajesh  Kumar  No. 907  I.O. of  PP  Hatli is investigating the case.

8          Case FIR No.146/16 dated 19/05/16  U/S  341, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Manoj Kumar  S/O Sh. Nan Singh  R/O  Sadwal PO  Gehra Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that  on 18/05/16  Bhadhar Singh   obstructed his way  and beat him up and also  threatened him with dire consequences.  ASI Rajesh Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

9        Case FIR No. 147/16 dated 19/05/16  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 ,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh.Bhadhar Singh  S/O Sh. Roshan Lal  R/O Khandhar PO Gehra Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP)  that  on 18/05/16  Manoj Kumar  & Amin Chand  resident of same locality obstructed   his way and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences.  ASI  Rajesh Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1.  231 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 26,100/- was recovered and 06 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered  and 1 challan  was issued  under  Mining  Act  and fine of  Rs.  4600/-  was  recovered during last 24 hours.
