CASE OF NDPS ACT

1          Case FIR  No. 144/16 dated 25/05/16 U/S 20 of  NDPS Act has been registered in P.S.  Sadar by  ASI  Hem  Raj   Incharge  Police Post  Pandoh that on 25/05/16  he  laid a nakka along with other police officials at  Deod Mode  and during the  course of  nakkabandi he recovered  905 Grams Charas ( Cannabis) from the possession of  Ajay Kumar  S/O Sh. Babu Ram R/O  Batoli PO  Malawar Tehsil Ghumarwin District  Bilaspur  aged  22 years old  &  Subham Sharma S/O Sh. Raj Kumar  R/O  Chanjged PO  Puied Tehsil  Kullu  District  Kullu  aged 21 years old .  Both  Accused  have  been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by  ASI  Hem Raj Incharge  PP  Pandoh .  

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS AND HURT

2          Case FIR No.43/16 dated 26/05/16 U/S 451, 323 IPC has been registered in PS Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Lal Chand S/O Sh. R/O Vill. Khanni, PO Kamand, Tehsil Sadar, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/05/16  at 11:00 PM he was present at Manohar Lal's home at Vill. Kahra in the mean time Jai Chand R/O Vill. Kahra came there in drunken  condition and beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Roop Singh I/C PP Kammand is investigating the case.

CASE OF  EXCISE ACT

3          Case FIR No. 51/2016 dated 26/05/2016 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in PS Aut by HC Ashok Kumar I/C P.O. Cell Mandi that  on 25/05/2016 at 06:00PM he along with HHC Mahender Saini, HHC Sanjay Kumar and Const. Sachin Sen were present at Lamba Thach in search of  a P.O.  in the mean time he received a secreat information  against Bhoop Singh S/O Sh. Jagat Ram R/O Sarachi, P.O. Kalhani, Tehsil Thunag, Selling liquor in his tea shop when they searched out his shop in the presence of witnesses then recovered 11 Bottles and 24 half of English wine &  36 Bottles of Country liquor. SI Kuldeep Chand SHO of  PS Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF ATTEMT TO COMMIT SUICIDE

4          Case FIR No. 155/16  dated  25/05/16 U/S  309  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  by  SI  Sandeep  Chaudhary   that   he  was on patrolling  alongwith other  police officials at  Tihra and  during the course of patrolling he  found  that  five  members of  Kissan Sabha Block   Committee  were sitting   on hunger  strike   in view  to  accept  their  demands . Medical officer   also   checked  them medically  t   in the presence  of  SDM  Dharmpur, SDPO Sarkaghat & BMO Sandhol and  their blood pressure   found  low.  These all   members also refused  to  take  any  medical aid/ assistance  .  SI  Sandeep   Kumar   SHO of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

5          Case FIR No. 149/16 dated 26/05/16 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the  complaint of Smt. Bimla Devi W/O Sh. Bahader Singh Vill. Malthehar ( Radda) PO Ratti Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi that Hans Raj S/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Radda PO Ratti Tehsil Balh Distt Mandi (HP) Rama Devi W/O Sh. Hans Raj and Kamla Devi obstructed her way and beat her up. They also threatened her with dire consequences. ASI Khalil  Ahmed I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, RIOTING AND  CRIMINAL  TRESPASS

 

6          Case FIR No. 150/16 dated 26/05/16 U/S  341, 323, 147, 149, 447  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Hans Raj S/O Sh. Krishan Lal  R/O  Kandi PO Ratti  Tehsil Balh  District  Mandi (HP) that  Dina Nath, Ved Prakash, Bimla Devi , Lal Singh  Gopal Krishan, Meena  Devi , Sarla Devi, Chetna Devi , Anju Devi  all the resident of same locality  obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC  Rajesh  No. 64    I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.   

 

CASE OF   EXCISE ACT

 

7          Case FIR No. 148/16 dated 25/05/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Balh by  ASI  Rajender Thakur  that he was on patrolling alongwith  other police officials  and during the course of patrolling he recoverd  11  Bottles  of  Country  Liquor  from the possession   from the possession of  Naresh Kumar @ Kaku S/O Sh. Chadermani R/O  Tanda PO Balt   District  Mandi (HP) . ASI  Rajender Thakur  is investigating the case.

CASE  OF HURT

8          Case FIR No.  83/16 dated  26/05/16 U/S 324, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar on the complaint  of  Sh.  Manoj Kumar  S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O  Janod PO  Sangalwara Tehsil Thunag District Mandi (HP) that on 24/05/16  Tej Singh   beat him up  and he sustained injuries.  HC  Birbal  No. 72  I.O. of PP  Janjehli is investigating  the case.

CHALLANS

1.  322   Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 39,900/- was recovered and 32 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 3300/- was recovered and 6 Challan were   issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 11,500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
