CASE OF   OFFENCES AGAINST  PUBLIC SERVANT  , HURT AND RIOTING

 

1          Case FIR No. 145/2016 dated 22/5/16 U/S 353, 323,147,149 IPC has been registered  in P.S.  Balh  on the complaint  of  Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O Kanhaiya Lal R/O Village Palautah PO Upper Behali Tehsil Sunder Nagar presently  Forest Guard  at Hatgarh Beat . That on  22/5/16 at about 3.30 PM  he was on duty  near Hatgarh , in the  mean time some  persons were enjoying party  near forest Hut  and when he  enquired about the fact, the public  who were gathered there   started to beat him  and he sustained  injuries.  HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 IO PS Balh is investigating the case.

 

 CASE  OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

2          Case FIR No. 146/16 dated 22/5/16  U/S  341,323 & 504 IPC has been registered  in P.S.  Balh on the  complaint of  Rachit Gupta S/O  Sh. Upender Pal Gupta R/O VPO  Baggi Tehsil Balh District Mandi that on 22/5/16 at about 6.45 PM  when  he was coming home along with his brother Bhart Mohan and  his wife by  Car No. (HP33D-3400) and when they reached  near Surah, in the  mean time  Kailash Chand S/O Bihari Lal,  obstructed  their way and  beat them  up  and  they sustained injuries.   HC Dharmender Kumar No. 77 I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

 

3          Case FIR No. 147/16 dated 23/05/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Gita Nand S/O Sh. Ram Sahai VPO  Rewalsar Tehsil Balh  District Mandi (HP) that  on 22/05/16 an   Alto Car  (HP34B-3723) which was   driven  by  Joginder S/O Kali Dass R/O Safru PO Rewalsar  came rashly from  Naina Devi towards Rewalsar side and   fell down  near Zoo at Rewalsar  and sustained injuries .  ASI  Bodh  Raj  I/C of PP  Rewalsar  is investigating  the case.

          

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4          Case FIR No. 144/16 dated 22/05/16  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh  by  ASI  Vinod  Singh  I.O. of P.S. Balh  that he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Bhour and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  5 Bottles of Country Liquor  from the  possession of   Guria Ram  S/O Sh.  Fagnu Ram  R/O  Bhour  PO Kaniad Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Vinod Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 CASE OF KIDNAPPING  

5          Case FIR No. 142/16 Dt. 22/5/16  U/S 363,366  IPC has been registered  in  P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Diwan Chand S/O Hem Singh VPO Baloh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi  (HP) that   his  daughter is missing  and  he suspect that Happy S/O Ashok Kumar R/O VPO Sehali  Kidnapped his  daughter  with the intention to marry with   her .  Case is being investigated by ASI Ramesh Kumar I/O PS Sadar Mandi.

 CASE OF   ( PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES) ACT

6          Case  FIR No. 80/16  dated 22/05/16 U/S 447,504,506,34 IPC&  U/S 3(V),(X) SC &ST ( Prevention of Atrocities)  Act has been registered  in P.S.  Gohar  on the  complaint  of  Shankar Dass S/O Sh. Maya Ram R/O  Vill. Sandoa  P.O. Shala Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that Dharam Pal S/O Sh. Ram Dita  R/O Vill. P.O. chailchowk Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) and his wife forcibly  encroached   his  land  and cut the crops and   abused  him by calling  caste basis  and also threatened him for dire consequences .SHO Chand Kishor  SHO of  P.S. Gohar  is investigating the case.

 CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

7          Case FIR No. 78/16 dated 23/05/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC  has been registered in P.S. Karsog   by  Sh.    Dharampal Sharma S/O Sh. Ami Chand   R/O  Dhamaher PO  Chouridhar Tehsil  Karsog  Distict  Mandi (HP)  that  on  23/05/16  he was  going towards his home and  when he reached near Seri Banglo  he  found that a  Motor Cycle(HP30-1288)  which was ridden by  Prem  Mehta S/O Sh. Chirangi Lal R/O  Shagog was met with an accident   and he  sustained  injuries .  ASI  Mohan Joshi  I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF  EXCISE ACT

8          Case FIR NO 48/2016 Dated 22/5/16 U/S 39 of  Excise  ACT has been registered in  P.S. Aut  by ASI Mohar Singh I/C P.P. Balichowki that he was on  22/05/16 patrolling  along with other police officials at  Balichowki and during the course of patrolling he recovered  2 Liter  illicit  liquor from the possession of Kunj Lal S/O Sh. Bhag Singh Village Naloun P.O. Tehsil Balichowki Distt Mandi(HP) .   ASI  Mohar Singh  I/C of PP Balichowki is investigating  the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

9          Case FIR No. 49/16  dated 22/05/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of  Sh. Chandermani S/O Sh. Karam Singh  VPO  Gharan  Tehsil Sadar Distirct Mandi (HP) that  on 22/05/16  he  along with  Hans Raj  were  coming  towards  Mandi by   Motor Cycle (HP33D-2130)  and  when they reached  near   Nagwain  in the mean time rider of   Said Motor Cycle  Hans Raj lost the control on the  vehicle and   fell down on the  road as a result  rider  and  pillion rider  both sustained injuries.  HC Yogender Pal  No. 39 of  P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

10        Case FIR No 64/16 dated  22/05/2016  U/S  39 HP Excise Act has been registered  in  P.S.  BSL  Colony  Sundernagar  by  Insp. Ranjeet Singh I/C C.I.A. Staff Mandi District  Mandi  that  he was on patrolling  alongwith  other police officials  and during the  patrolling he  recovered  99000 ML country liquor  from the  possession of Amar Singh S/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O VPO Kutahachi Tehsil Nihri, Distt. Mandi (HP) Insp. Ranjeet Singh I/C C.I.A. Staff Mandi District  Mandi (HP).

CHALLANS

1.  158 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 21,300/- was recovered and 10 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1200 /- was recovered  recovered during last 24 hours.
