CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 50/16 dated 01/05/2016 U/S 38 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by Inspr. Ranjeet Singh Incharge CIA Mandi that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Fungwas and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of  Lala Ram S/O Sh. Moti Ram R/O Vill. Fungwas PO Movi Devi Galu Tehsil Sunderangar Distt.Mandi (HP). Inspr. Ranjeet Singh Incharge CIA is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 123/16 dated 02/05/2016 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Jitender Chopra S/O Sh. Jai Singh R/O H. No. 134/7 Samkhetar, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/05/2016 Manoj Kumar, Ravi Soni and his wife obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened with dire consequences. HC Bhagat Ram No. 905 I.O. of P.P.City Mandi is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 124/16 dated 02/05/2016 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Pritam Singh S/O SH. Hari Singh R/O Vill. Thanout PO Sehli Tehsil  Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) that Pinku and his son Rohit obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened with  dire consequences. ASI Ashok Kumar incharge P.P. Kotli is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1. Case FIR No. 64/16 dated 02/05/2016 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Ashok Kumar S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Vill. Chekwa PO Sarahan Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/05/2016 he was going to his home and when he reached near bus stand Chekhwa, Desh Raj S/O Sh. Shiv Ram, Chajju Ram S/O Sh. Tegi Ram, Meena  Devi W/O Sh. Desh Ram and Kamla Devi W/O Sh. Thakur Dass obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Swroop Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, HURT AND MOLESTATION

1. Case FIR No.127/16 dated 01/05/2016 U/S 147,323,354 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkagahat on the written complaint of Sh. Amar Singh S/O Sh. Besria Ram R/O Vill. Baharta PO Rakhoh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/05/2016 Kashmir Singh, Balbir Singh, Bholu Ram, Diwan Chand, Deep Chand, Karam Chand, Gian Chand and Deep Chand entered in his land beat up his mother and they also tried to outrage the modesty of his wife. ASI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 128/16 dated 02/05/2016 U/S 341,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Deep Chand S/O Sh. Kanshi Ram R/O Vill. Tikkari PO Rakhoh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that Amar Singh, Ratti Ram,  Besria Ram and his wife  obstructed his way and threatened to him. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1. 144  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 17,600/-   was recovered,  11 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs.1100/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
