  CASE OF CHEATING, FORGERY AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

 

 1       Case FIR No. 38/16 dated 17/05/16  U/S 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt.  Saroj Kumari W/O Sh.Vipan Kumar   R/O Jogindernagar Tehsil Jogindernagar  District  Mandi (HP)  presently  BEEO ( Block Elementary Education  Officer)  Drang-II  complaint received  through  Dy. Director   of  Elementary  Edu.  Mandi that  Govind   Ram  who  was  CHT  Centre Primary School at  Padhar had  issued  the  fake  School leaving certificate  in favour of  Sohlu S/O Sh Katku Ram R/O Balhdhar Katipari  Distirct Mandi  &  Sh. Gandhi Ram S/O Sh Sahnu R/O Khatrotu District Mandi  and D.O.B. of both said  person  not matched   with  Panchyat register  and now both are   working  in  P.W.D.  as labourer  however they had never  gone to school. ASI Joginder Singh  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating   the case.

 

CASE OF CRUELTY TO ANIMAL ACT

 

  2      Case  FIR No. 144/16 dated 18/05/16  U/S 11 of ( Prevention of Cruelty to Animal) Act  has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Kamal Singh  S/O Sh. Chint Ram R/O Bahi PO  Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that  on 17/05/16  he was present near Bhambla, in the  mean time   two  truck  ( HP65-2663) &  (HP42-1089)  came   from  Mandi side and when he checked,  then  he  found that  23 cow  were  loaded  with  cruelty in said trucks   HC  Rajesh  Kumar No. 907  I.O. of P.P. Hatli is  investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

 

1.  230   Vehicles were  challaned  under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 31,900/- was recovered  and  6 challans  were  issued under COTPA  Act  and fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered   and  6 challans  were issued under  Ming Act and  fine of Rs. 33,600  was  recovered during last 24 hours.
