CASE  OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR  No. 50/16 dated 25/05/16  U/S  341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Aut on the complaint of Sh. Lekh Raj S/O Sh. Balak Ram  R/O  Ropa  PO  Rahala Sub Tehisl  Aut  District Mandi (HP)  that on  24/05/16   Gurdass  S/O Sh.  Gusain   & Deepak  Kumar   obstructed his way  and   beat him up and  also threatened  him   with  dire consequences.   HC Yoginder Pal   No. 39  I.O. of P.S. Aut is  investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND  HURT

2          Case FIR No. 154/16 dated 24/05/16  U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Sukri Devi  W/O Sh. Dayalu Ram  R/O Bid PO  Darwar Tehsil Sarkaghat  District  Mandi (HP) that on 24/05/16  Suresh Kumar  resident of same locality obstructed her way  and beat her up.  ASI  Rajesh  Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is  investigating the case.

CASE OF  EXCISE ACT

 

3          Case FIR No. 41/16 dated 24/05/16  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Padhar  by  ASI  Joginder Singh  I.O. of P.S. Padhar that  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Kasla and during the course of patrolling he recovered  3 Bottles of   English  Wine   & 4 Bottles of     Beer   from  the possession of Nagender Kumar S/O Ramesh Chand R/O Vill. Kasla PO Drang Tehsil Sadar PS Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP).  ASI  Joginder Singh  I.O. of P.S. Padhar   is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF   EXCISE ACT

 

4          Case FIR No. 42/16 dated 24/06/16  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar  by  ASI   Joginder Singh  I.O. of P.S. Padhar that  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials   at Kasla and during the course of patrolling he recovered   5 Liter  illicit Liquor  from the  possession of Mohan Lal S/O Dhani Ram R/o Vill. Kasla PO Drang Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi (HP).  ASI  Joginder Singh  I.O. of P.S.  Padhar is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, ASSAULT  AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5          Case FIR No. 143/16  dated  25/05/16  U/S  341, 504, 356, 506 , 34 IPC has been  registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Sonu  S/O Sh. Dhanna R/O  Fatehwahan PO  Talyahar Tehsil  Sadar District  Mandi (HP) that  on 25/05/16  Raju &  Kamlesh Kumar , obstructed his way  and beat him up  and also threatened  him with dire consequences.  HC  Sanjeev Kumar No. 69  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is  investigating the case.

6         Case FIR No. 134/16 dated 25/05/16  U/S 451, 504, 323, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Kamla Devi  W/O Sh. Nagar Ram  R/O   Alsu PO  Dehar Tehsil  Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 24/05/16  Jeet Ram   resident of same locality  entered in her courtyard and    beat her son namely  Jagdish   and also threatened her with dire consequences.  HC  Prabhakar Ram  Sharma No. 872  I.O. of P.P. Dehar is  investigating the case.

 

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS,  OBSTRUCTING WAY  AND HURT

 

7          Case FIR No. 135/16 dated 25/05/16  U/S 451,341, 504, 323, 34  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Devender Kumar  S/O Sh.  Lal  Bahadur R/O  VPO  Kangoo Tehsil Sunderangar District Mandi (HP) hat on 25/05/16   four unknown person entered   in  his courtyard and  obstructed him   and beat him up and he sustained injuries .  ASI  Jeet  Ram I/C of PP  Slapper is investigating  the case.

8         Case FIR No 136/16 dated 25/05/16 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sourbh S/O Sh. Ashwani Kumar R/O  Slimtabri District Ludhiyana (PB)  that  on 25/05/16  Devender  Kumar  R/O Kangoo   District Mandi (HP)  obstructed his way  and beat him up and he sustained  injuries.  ASI  Jeet Ram I/C of PP Slapper is investigating  the case.

9          Case FIR No. 131/16 dated 24/05/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.   Sundernagar  by  SI  Nand Lal    that on 24/05/16   he was on patrolling alongwith  other police officials at   Kanaid and during the course of patrolling he recovered  5 Liter  illicit liquor  from the possession of   Kala  Devi  W/O Sh.  Rekhi  Devi  R/O  Bhour  PO  Kanaid   Tehsil  Sundernagar  District Mandi (HP).   SI  Nand  Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

10         Case FIR No. 132/16 dated  24/05/16  U/S 279, 337,338 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sunderangar on the complaint of Smt. Lata Devi  W/O Sh. Bansi Ram R/O  Segli PO  Upper Behli Tehsil  Sundernagar District  Mandi (HP) that  he  was  present  near Sirda  College along with his Motor Cycle( HP33B-5980), in the mean time a  private Bus(HP65-5004) came rashly   from  Sundernagar side towards  Mandi and hit his   Motor Cycle  as a result he sustained injuries.  SI  Manmohan Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating   the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

11        Case FIR No. 133/16 dated 24/05/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC & U/S 187  MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sunderangar on the complaint of  Sh.  Govind  Ram Sharma S/O Sh. Mahesh   Sharma R/O TRTA 5/2 ACC   Colony  Barmana PO Barmana Tehsil  Sadar Bilaspur District Bilaspur (HP) that  on 24/05/16  he  was going by Motor Cycle (HP24A-9476) alongwith his mother    and when he reached at Barmana, in the mean time a  Truck  came rashly from  Bilaspur towards  Sundernagar and  hit his Motor Cycle as a result  they both sustained injuries. Incharge  PP Slapper is investigating the case.

12        Case FIR No. 82/16  dated 25/05/16 U/S  451, 323,504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh.  Tej Singh S/O Sh. Sher Singh  R/O  Keulinal PO Sangalwara Tehsil Thunag District Mandi (HP)  that on 24/04/16  Manoj  Kumar  S/O Sh. Paras Ram  R/O Janod PO Sangalwara Tehsil Thunag District Mandi (HP) entered in his shop and beat him up and and they also threatened him  with dire consequences .  HC Sarwan Kumar  No. 917 I.O. of  PP  Janjehli is investigating  the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

13        Case FIR No. 81/16 dated 25/05/16  U/S 39 of HP Excise  Act has been registerd in P.S. Gohar by  SI Gopal Singh  I/C of PP Janjehli  that he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Janjehli and during the course of patrolling he recovered  168  Bottles of Country Liquor &  24 Bottles of English Wine from the possession  of  Burender Kumar  S/O Sh. Ishwar Dass R/O  Gad PO  Sangalwara Tehsil Thunag  District Mandi (HP).  SI Gopal   Singh  I/C  of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1.  159 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 21,600/- was recovered and 12 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1200/-was during last 24 hours.
