CASE OF   OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT AND HURT

1          Case FIR No. 77/16 dated 17/05/16  U/S 353, 332, 189  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog by    Sh. Hari SinghPal  presently working  in Himachal Home Guard    at  P.S. Karsog HHG No. 6/6-26 that on 17/05/16  he  along with HHG Loom Singh  No. 6/6-66 were on night patrolling  at Karsog  and  performing  their duty, in the mean time Padam Dev S/O Sh. Devi Singh  R/O  Nowa PO  Karsog  Tehsil Karsog District Mandi (HP)  came there under the influence of alcohol  and started to make the noise and  obstructed them  to perform   their duty  and also   beat them up .  ASI  Mohan Joshi I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2          Case FIR No. 138/16 dated 16/05/16  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered  in P.S. Sadar by ASI  Ram Lal   Incharge  PP City  Mandi   that on 16/05/16  he was on patrolling alongwith other  police officials at   Seri  Bazaar  and during the course of patrolling  he  recovered  12 Bottles of  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Rangila Ram   S/O Sh. Mohan Lal R/O   Lukhar PO  Thona Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) . ASI Ram Lal  I/C of PP City is investigating the case.   

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No. 136/16 dated 16/05/16  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh.  Kamal Kishor S/O Sh. Tara Chand R/O  Khiyuridom PO  Rajgarh that on  16/05/16   Sanju came along with   his  friend, obstructed  his  way and beat him up and also threatened  him with dire consequences.  ASI  Laxmi Chand  I.O. of P.S. Balh is  investigating the case.

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4         Case FIR No.  142/16 dated 16/05/16  U/S 451,  323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  on the complaint of  Smt. Rita Devi  W/O Sh. Prabhu Ram R/O Sathmala PO  Hari  Behna Tehsil Sarkaghat  District Mandi (HP) that  on 16/05/16   Vijay  Kumar resident of same locality  obstructed her way and beat her up and  also threatened her with dire consequences.  HC  Kamal  Kant No.  860  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING  

5          Case FIR No.  143/16  dated 17./05/16  U/S  363  IPC has been registered in P.S. sarkaghat on the  complaint of  Smt.  Premi Devi  W/O Sh. Rajinder Kumar R/O  Balhara Tehsil  Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat  District  Mandi (HP) that  her  son namely  Pawan Kumar  aged  15 years old  is missing since  13/05/16.  HC  Rajesh  Kumar  No. 907  P.P.  Hatli is investigating the case.  

CHALLANS

1.   173   Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 22000 /- was recovered and 11 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1200 /- was recovered  and  3 challans  were  issued under  Mining Act and fine  of Rs. 14,200/-  was  recovered during last 24 hours.
