 PET  FOR THE RECRUITMENT  OF CONSTABLES-2016

Today  physical efficiency test  for the  participants of Tehsil    Karsog  (170  candidates )   and  remaining candidates of    Tehsil    Sarkaghat  (1230 candidates)  District Mandi  was  conducted  at Paddal  Ground  Mandi   for   which  1400  participants  were  called.    Out  of  which  22 candidates disqualified  in  documentation  and 1098  candidates qualified  for height measurement . 88  candidates disqualified  in height  measurement  and 1010  qualified  for chest measurement. 8 candidates  disqualified in chest measurement  and 1002  candidates qualified  for Broad  jump.  157  candidates  disqualified  in Broad  Jump and 845   candidates  qualified for High  Jump  . 78   candidates  disqualified in  High Jump  and 765  candidates  qualified  for 1500 Meter  Race . 35 candidates  disqualified in 1500 Meter  Race and Total  730  candidates  qualified  in  physical efficiency test  conducted  today .

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 72/16 dated 09/05/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog  on the complaint of Sh.  Komal Singh  S/O Sh. Upender Singh   VPO  Bakhrot Tehsil Karsog District Mandi (HP) that  on 09/05/16  he was present in his home, in the mean time  he heard a loud noise  and  he rushed  towards the spot   at Bakhrot and  found that  a    Tipper(HP16-3713)  was   fell downward   from  the  road which was driven by  Hema Ram S/O Sh.  Shish Ram  R/O  Dalag PO  Bakhrot Tehsil   Karsog District Mandi (HP) .  In this accident   driver of  said vehicle sustained  injuries.  ASI  Swaroop Ram  I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

2          Case FIR No. 56/16 dated 09/05/16  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar  by  Insp. Sanjeev Kumar SHO of  P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar that  he was on patrolling  along with other police officials  and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  5 Liter  Country  Liquor from the possession of  Smt.  Sunita Devi W/O Sh. Hem Ram R/O  Seradh PO  Sayanji Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP). Insp Sanjeev  Kumar  SHO of  P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

3          Case FIR No. 57/16 dated 09/05/16 U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar by  ASI  Shiv Singh  I.O. of  P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar   that he  was on  patrolling along with other police officials at  Sherdha and  during the course of  patrolling he recovered  5 Liter  Country  Liquor  from the possession  of  Smt. Kala Devi  W/O Sh.  Hari Ram R/O  Sherdh PO  Sayanji Tehsil Sundernagar District  Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Shiv Singh  I.O. of P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4          Case FIR No. 58/16 dated 09/05/16  U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.   BSL  Colony  Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Chand Ram S/O Sh. Narottam R/O  Nichali Behali PO  Upper Behali Tehsil Sundernagar  District  Mandi (HP) that  on 09/06/16  he was present  at shop in the mean  time a Motor  Cycle (HP31B-2322)  which was ridden by unknown rider  came  rashly and  met  with an accident . In this  accident  said rider along with pillion rider sustained injuries .  ASI  Jagdish Kumar  I.O. of P.S.   BSL  Colony  Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, ASSAULT  AND INTIMIDATION

5          Case FIR No. 131/16 dated 09/05/16  U/S 341, 355, 504  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Hans Raj S/O Sh. Gungar Ram R/O  Kalgram PO  Sehali Tehsil  Sadar District  Mandi (HP) that  on 08/05/16   when  he was present at  Mandi , in  the mean time  a unknown person came ,  obstructed his way  and  assaulted  upon him.  HC Nirmal Kumar  No. 45  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6          Case FIR No. 130/16 dated 09/05/16  U/s 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Promod Kumar Dhiman S/O Sh. Raghuveer Chand Dhiman R/O  228 Iswarnagar Kala Singa Road Jalandhar (PB) that on 09/05/16   he was  travelling  along with his family by  Tata Sumo (HP19-5849)  and when they reached near Sihal, in the  mean time a tipper(HP65-1082)  came rashly from opposite side and hit his vehicle  as a result one person sustained injuries.  HC Chaman Lal  No. 28  I.O. of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7          Case FIR No. 46/16 dated 10/05/16  U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Dharampur on the complaint of  Sh.  Anil  Kumar  S/O Sh. Bhumi Singh  R/O  Upper  Ghamla PO  Sandhole Distirct  Mandi (HP)  that on 09/05/16  he was  going  to his home, in the mean time   Lal Singh  S/O Sh.  Trilok Chand  R/O  Upper Ghanala obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened  him with dire consequences.  ASI Chiranji  Lal   Incharge  Police Post Sandhol is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1.  222 Vehicles were  challaned  under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 30,600/- was recovered  and  15challans  were  issued under COTPA  Act  and fine of Rs. 1600/- was recovered   and5   challan were  issued  under  Mining Act and  fine of Rs. 13,700/-  was  recovered during last 24 hours.
