1 Case FIR No. 72/16 dated 05/05/16 U/S 354(A), 354(D) IPC & U/S 12 of POCSO Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of a person R/O Burahindhar PO Kayolidhar Tehsil Chachiot District Mandi (HP) that her daughter is studing in 10+1 Class at Govt. Sr. Sec. School Keolidhar . On 30-04-16 principal of said school namely Prittem Garg tried to outrage her modesty and also did misbehave with her . SI Lal Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT
2 Case FIR No. 67/16 dated 05/05/16 U/S 323, 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Amar Chand S/O Sh. Sharan Dass R/O Jagoti PO Karsog District Mandi (HP) that on 04/05/16 Jiwa Nand S/O Sh. Hira Singh R/O Lamtir PO Karsog District Mandi (HP) beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Mohan Joshi I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No. 53/16 dated 05/05/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC & U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Sharma S/O Late. Sh. Prem Sukh Sharma R/O Dagwani PO Khoda Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) presently owner of washing Service Station at Nerchowk that when he was present at Naresh Chowk, in the mean time an unknown Nano car came rashly and negligently from Dhanotu side and hit a Scooty (HP31A-5167) which was ridden by Ganga Ram S/O Sh. Ram R/O Changer PO BSL Colony Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) and fled away from the spot and said Scooty rider sustained injuries. HC Vinod Kumar No. 18 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF NDPS ACT
4 Case FIR No. 129/16 dated 06/05/16 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by ASI Ram Lal Incharge Police Post City that on 06/05/16 he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials at Pulgharat on NH-21 and during the course of checking of HRTC Bus (HP68-4328) he recovered 700 Gram Charas ( Cannabis) from the possession of Vikrant @ Sami S/O Sh. Souju Ram R/O Varhal PO Karsog Tehsil Karsog District Mandi (HP) aged 20 years old . ASI Ram Lal I/C of PP City is investigating the case.
CASE OF KIDNAPPING
5 Case FIR No. 128/16 dated 06/05/16 U/S 363 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of a person R/O Traymbli PO Brikhmani Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that his daughter is missing since 26-04-16 and he searched her everywhere in his relation but did not traced yet. ASI Rajender Thakur I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
6 Case FIR No. 127/16 dated 05/05/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Vinod Singh that he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials at Chunahan and during the course of checking of Jeep (HP65-1574) he recovered 1080 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of owner of the said vehicle namely Raj S/O Sh. Netar Singh R/O Kummi PO Kummi Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) . ASI Vinod Kumar is investigating the case.
CASE OF MOLESTATION
7 Case FIR No. 44/16 dated 06/05/16 U/S 354 (A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of a lady R/O Baral P.O. Baroti Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 05/05/16 when she was present in her courtyard in the mean time her brother-in-law Roshan Lal tried to outrage her modesty . ASI Harnam Singh I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
187 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 24,700 /- was recovered and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 9500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
