CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR No. 126/16 dated 03/05/16 U/S 451,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in     PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Manoj Kumar S/O  Sh. Govind Ram R/O H.No. 140/7 Samkhetar Mandi (HP)        that on  02/05/16 at about 10:00AM he was  present at his new constructing house, in the      mean time Jitender Chopra along with his wife, son & daughter entered in this house and beat him up and he     sustained injuries. They also threatened him      with dire consequences. HC Manoj Kumar  I/O PP City          Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING AND   RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

2          FIR  No. 42/16  dated 04/08/16  U/S 143, 336 IPC  has  been registered  in P.S. Dharampur   on the  written complaint of   Sh. Yashwant Kumar  S/O Sh.  Hari  Nand  R/O  Banwar Kalan PO  and  Tehsil Dharampur  District Mandi (HP)  that on   03/05/16 at  about  02:30 PM   when he was present at  Sub .Divisional  Magistrate office Dharampur, in the  mean time   at  about  500 activist  of BJP came there in the leader ship of   MLA   Mahender  Singh Thakur  and started   slogans against     H.P. Govt.  and  these  protesters also   set on  fire some   waste paper and  at public  place.  ASI   Harnam Singh  I.O. of P.S. Dharampur   is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  EXCISE ACT

3          Case FIR No. 51/16 dated 03-05-2016 U/S 39 of HP Excise act has been registered in PS      BSLColony  Sundernagar by ASI Pushap Dev that on 03/05/16 in the evening time he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Panyari and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 Litre illicit liquor        from the possession of  Bega Ram S/O  Sh. Paushu Ram R/O Vill. Panyari, PO & Tehsil Nihri, Distt Mandi (HP). ASI Pushap Dev I/C PP Nihari is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No. 77/16 dated 03/05/16 U/S 341,323,504,506,509 IPC has been registered in     PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of a lady R/O Vill. Dhelu, PO Dohag, Tehsil            Jogindernagar, Distt.    Mandi (HP) that on 03/05/16  at 05:00PM she along with her husband were going to their relatives          home and when they reached at Railway Phatak Dhelu in the mean time  her mother-in-law Bholi Devi  and father-in-law Bhagat Ram obstructing their way and beat her up and she sustained injuries.            They also threatened her with dire consequences. HC Rajmal I/O PS Jogindernagar is investigating the    case.

CASE OF CRULETY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES  AND SUICIDE 

5          Case FIR No. 125/16  dated 04/05/2016 U/S 498A, 306, 34 IPC has been registered in PS     Balh,    on the complaint of Sh. Prakash Chand S/O Sh. Tej Singh R/O VPO Upper Behli,    Tehsil Sundernagar,     Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/05/15 her daughter Natasha   was        married with Bimal Verma S/O Sh. Chaman Lal Vill. Godhana, PO Lunapani, Tehsil    Balh, Distt. Mandi (HP).   Soon  after              of her marriage her husband, mother-in-law ( Maya Devi)  & father-in-law  ( Chaman Lal ) started to      harass her   physically and  mentally  by demanding  dowry . On 03/05/16  her  daughter   committed  suicide  due  regular  harassment  of  her  husband,  mother-in-law & father-in-law.   S.I.  Vinod  I.O. of    P.S.  Balh   is investigating the case.

6          184 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 23,400/- was recovered and 22 Challans were issued             under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
