CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 53/16 dated 28/05/16  U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut  on the complaint of  Sh. Bhupinder  Singh  S/O Sh. Suraj Singh  VPO  Bilayan  Tehsil  Bilyan District  Jaloun (UP) presently  residing  at  Panarasa  that on 28/05/16 at about 12:30 PM   he was   present  in his   Shop  at Panarasa in the mean time  a Mahindra (HR67A-9455)  came rashly and negligently   from  Mandi  towards  Kullu   and hit two persons who  were   standing on the side  of   road   and   they  sustained  injuries .  HC Yoginder Paul No. 39  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF MOLESTATION , THEFT , HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 2         Case FIR No. 141/16 dated 29/05/16  U/S  354(A), 354(D), 379, 323, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the written complaint of  a lady R/O  Dhawal PO  Khurahal Tehsil Sundernagar District  Mandi (HP) that  on 26/05/16  at about 9 AM  Rattan   Lal  tried  to outrage her modesty   and  also stole  away  Rs . 25000/, beat her up and  threatened her with dire consequences.  ASI  Jeet Ram I/C PP  Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3        Case FIR No. 140/16 dated 28/05/16 U/S  279, 337  IPC & U/S 187  MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kewal Krishan S/O Sh. Amar Singh  R/O  Kharloh PO  Ghiri Tehsil   Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that  on 28/05/16  his  father  Amar Singh   was going to shop , in the mean time  a Motor Cycle (HP28A-3679) came rashly and negligently and hit  his father  and said  rider sped  away from the spot along with  Motor Cycle   and  his father sustained injuries.  SI  Vijay  Kumar I.O. of  P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

1. 178  Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 23,900/- was recovered and 8 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
