CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT
1 Case FIR No. 160/16 dated 31/05/16 U/S 451, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Nittu Devi W/O Sh. Virender Kumar R/O Nalta Sarshara P.O. Hari Behna Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that on 30/05/16 Smt. Barfi Devi, Reena Devi & Jitender Kumar all the resident of same locality entered in her courtyard and beat her up and she sustained injuries. SI Manmohan Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkahghat is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
63 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 7700/- was recovered and 9 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
