CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

1.         Case FIR No. 66/2016 dated 29/05/2016 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Shankar S/O Sh. Gopi R/O Vill. H. No. 262 Gali No. 180 Matti Mazara Distt. Yamunanagar Haryana that on 29/05/2016 t he went to bring the chicken from a Chicken  Shop   where owner of the chicken alongwith another person obstructed his way and they both beat him up. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 879 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUICTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2.         Case FIR No. 152/16 dated 29/05/2016 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Daromti Devi W/O Sh. Hari Dutt R/O VPO Gurkotha Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that Kamla wati obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries. ASI Bodh Raj is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT, INTIMIDATION AND MISCHIEF

3.         Case FIR No. 54/16 dated 30/05/2016 U/S 451,323,504,427,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Labhu Singh S/O Sh. Manohar Lal R/O Gadul PO Talyar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is working as Manager in a wine company in Balichowki Circle and on 29/05/2016 he was present in a wine shop. In the mean time two persons came there and asked for a bottle of beer and they both persons entered inside the wine  shop  and beat up salesman  namely Sh. Vikram Thakur. He tried to settle the matter but they both also beat him up and broke three bottles of beer and also torn their clothes. HC Durga Dass No. 408 I.O. of P.P. Balichowki is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

4.         Case FIR No. 142/14 dated 29/05/2014 U/S 341,32,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Saligram S/O Late Sh. Jalam Ram R/O Sarouni PO Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/05/2016 Paras Ram, Jinhi Devi and his son namely Pappu obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Jeet Ram Incharge P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF NEGLIGENT ACT WITH RESPECT TO ANIMALS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5.         Case FIR No. 143/16 dated 30/05/2016 U/S 289,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Babu Ram S/O Sh. Lachman Ram R/O Vill. Kamsehra PO Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/05/2016 pet dog of  Chand Ram S/O Sh. Malu Ram  bit him and  said Chand Ram owner of the pet  dog also abused him. HC Prabhakar Ram No. 872 I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6.         Case FIR No. 159/16 dated 29/05/2016 U/S 341,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sohan Lal S/O Sh. Ghamnda Ram R/O Vill. Bajuri PO & Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/05/2016 Savitri Devi and her son Bhim Raj obstructed his way and threatened him with dire consequences. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 907 I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

7.         90 challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 11,100/-   was  recovered and    4 challans   were  issued  under COTPA and fine of Rs. 400 was recovered  during last 24 hours.
