CRIME REPORT 9 MAY

                                 

    PET  FOR THE RECRUITMENT  OF CONSTABLES-2016

1              Today  physical efficiency test  for the  participants of Tehsil   Sarkaghat (659 candidates)   and  remaining candidates of    Tehsil   Balh (741  candidates)  District Mandi  was  conducted  at Paddal  Ground  Mandi   for   which  1400  participants  were  called.    Out  of  which  1011 candidates appeared.  About  664 candidates  qualified  and 347  candidates  disqualified  in physical   efficiency test  conducted today.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2          Case FIR No.83/16 dated 08/05/16  U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar  by  SI  Kuldeep Kumar  Incharge   Police Post  Ghatta that  on 8/05/16  he was on traffic checking duty  along with other police officials at  Ghatta  and  during   checking of  Texi (HP01D-4763)  he  recovered  400  Gram Charas   from  from the possession of  (1). Vijay  Kumar  S/O Sh. Brahmu Ram  R/O  Badwahan PO Urla District  Mandi (HP) aged 22 years old  (2) Rajesh Kumar  S/O Sh.  Mool  Chand  R/O  Kathog  District  Mandi (HP) aged 26 years old (3) Sunil S/O Sh.  Roshan Lal R/O  Pandlahi PO Urla  Tehsil Padhar  District Mandi (HP)aged 22 years old. All accused  have  been arrested  and further  investigation  is being  carried out by  SI  Kuldeep Kumar  incharge  Police Post  Ghatta .

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3          Case FIR No. 71/16 dated 08/05/16  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in  P.S.  Karsog   by  SI  Sunil Kumar SHO of P.S. Karsog  that on 08/05/16  he was  on patrolling  along with other police officials  at  Batala   Bahli  and during the  patrolling he recovered  10  Bottles of  Country  Liquor  from the possession of Tulshi Ram S/O Gangu R/O Batala Behli PO Bhanthal Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi (HP). SHO Sunil Kumar PS Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

4         Case FIR No. 55/16 dated 09/05/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  BSL   Colony  Sundernagar on  the complaint of Sh.  Ram  Krishan S/O Sh. Mohan Lal  R/O  Dhanotu Chowk PO  Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 09/05/16  he was   present  in his  shop at  Dhanotu , in the mean time  a   Eicher (PB-65AA-8126)   which was driven by  Pramod  Kumar   R/O (Utter Pradesh)  came   rashly and negligently  from  Nerchowk  side and hit a  Motor Cycle (HP33A-7027) .  This  accident  took place  due to rash and negligent  driving  of  driver of said   Eicher  Truck  . ASI  Jagdish  Kumar  I.O. of  BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.   

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT  AND CRIMINAL  INTIMIDATION

5          Case FIR  No. 130/16  dated 08/05/16  U/S  341, 323, 504  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar  S/O Sh. Moti Ram  R/O House No. 179/6 Samkethar Tehsil  Sadar District  Mandi (HP)  that on 08/05/16 he  came to  Mandi   along with his  truck (HP23A-5151)  to sold the bricks, in the mean time   Hans Raj  owner of Truck (HP24-9013) obstructed his way  and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC  Kamal Kumar  No. 79  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

CASE  OF ROAD  ACCIDENT

6          Case FIR No. 110/16 dated 08/05/16  U/S  279, 337  IPC has  been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the  complaint of   Sh. Surinder Kumar  S/O Sh. Satish Kumar  R/O  Khadula Tehsil Sarkaghat  District Mandi (HP) that  on  08/05/16  a Tempo ( HP66-4385)  came  rashly and negligently  from sundernagar  towards  Mandi   and    hit  a Bus  at   old Bus stand  Sundernagar .  HC  Harbans No. 68  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND RIOTING

 

7          Case FIR No. 34/16 dated 08/05/16  U/S 341, 323, 147, 148, 149  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Jeet Ram S/O Sh. Parma Ram  R/O  Manaru PO  Nohali Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi(HP) that on 08/05/16  Duni Chand , Nityanand, Nagni  Devi , Kanchna Devi ,  Chancharo Devi & Pami  Devi   all the resident of  Banwar District Mandi (HP) , obstructed his way and beat him up alongwith his wife and they  sustained injuries.   ASI  Ramesh Kumar   I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.  

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, MISCHIEF AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

8          Case FIR  No. 35/16 dated 08/05/16  U/S 341,  323, 504, 506, 427, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Padhar on the  complaint of Sh. Duni Chand  S/O Sh. Nitiya Nand   R/O  Manaru PO  Nauhali Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) that  on 08/05/16  Rajo  Devi   W/O  Jeet Ram R/O  Manaru PO  Nohali Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi(HP) obstructed his  way and beat him up and also broke the side glass of his vehicle  and    threatened him with dire consequences.  ASI  Ramesh  Kumar  I.O. of P.S.  Padhar is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

9                228   Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs.33,300/- was recovered and 10  Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1000 /- was recovered  and  2 Challans  were issued  under Mining  Act and fine of Rs. 4500/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
