CASE OF GAMBLING ACT

1         Case FIR No. 74/16 datyed 12/05/16  U/S 3 &13  of Public  Gambling  Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog   by  SI  Sunil Kumar   SHO of P.S. Karsog  that on 12/05/16  he was  on patrolling along with other police officials at Nalagali and  during  the patrolling he recovered Rs.  11000/- along with playing  card from the possession of   eleven persons namely  Totu Ram S/O Mohan Lal R/O NalaGali PO & Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi (HP), Tek Chand ,Karam Singh ,Uttam Chand ,Duni Chand, Jiwa Nand, Dinesh Kumar ,Tara Chand, Het Ram , Bhisham Sharma and BalDev  all the resident of locality of Karsog . SI   Sunil Kumar   SHO of P.S.Karsog is investigating  the case.  

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2          Case FIR No. 77/16 dated 11/05/16  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Gohar  by  Insp.   Chand Kishore  SHO of P.S. Gohar  that on  11/05/16  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  and during  the course of patrolling  he  recovered  5 Liter  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Labh Singh  S/O Sh. Madan Lal  R/O  Bag PO  Chailchowk  Tehsil Chachiot  District Mandi (HP) . Insp. Chand Kishore  is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

3          Case FIR No. 111/15 dated 11/05/16  U/S 341, 323, 506  IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sundernagar on the  complaint of Sh. Vijay  Thakur S/O Sh. G.R. Thakur R/O House  No. 119/4 Near Cinema Chowk Sundernagar District  Mandi (HP) that on 11/05/16  he was  present near his home, in the mean time  Parmod Puri came there and obstructed his way and beat him  up and also threatened him with dire consequences.  ASI  Krishan Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

4         Case  FIR  No. 112/15 dated 11/05/16  U/S 451, 323, 504 , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Vinta Devi  W/O Sh.  Khima Ram  R/O  Mukdani PO Churadh Tehsil  Sundernagar District  Mandi (HP) that on 11/05/16  she was present  in her home  alongwith her  mother-in-law and  daughter-in-law, in the mean time  Anil  Kumar resident of  the same locality   came  along with  his mother, entered in her courtyard  and  abused her and  also  pelted   the stone  upon her   as a result she sustained injuries.  ASI  Brij Lal  I.O. of PP Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF DISOBEDIENCE TO ORDER DULY PROMULGATED BY PUBLIC SERVANT

5          Case FIR No. 76/16 dated 11/05/16  U/S 188  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar by the    written complaint received   from Ld Sub Divisional  Magistrate   Gohar  by   Letter No. Reader/2016 /4314 dated 04/05/16 that on  04/05/16    Ld Sub Divisional  Magistrate   Gohar  ordered the  people  of said locality  to establish the  septic  tank  and  avoid to left the dirty water  into  Jyuni Kadh but  some people  namely  Nirmal Singh ,  Jagjivan Singh , MayaDhar, Lalman, Smt. Durgi  &  Akant Priya   disobeyed the  order of   said Ld Court .  ASI   Om Parkash I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

6          Case FIR No. 132/16 dated 11/05/16  U/S 283  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar by HC  Jagdish Chand No. 36 I.O. of PP  Pandoh  that on 11/05/16  he was on patrolling  along with other police officials  at  BBMB Colony  Pandoh and during the course of patrolling he  found that  a Rehari  was laid on the road by Kesar Singh S/O  Jabhe Ram  R/O Haton PO Shiva Badar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(HP)  which  causing  obstruction to the  general public  as well as traffic.  HC  Jagdish Chand  No. 36  I.O. of PP Pandoh  is investigating  the case.

CASE OF ATTEMPT TO  SUICIDE

7         Case FIR  No. 85/16  dated 11/05/16  U/S 309  IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint   of  Smt. Sushma Devi W/O Sh. Prakash Chand  R/O  Balh PO  Balh-Jolly Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 10/05/16  when she  was present in her home  along with  husband . At about 7:30PM   her  husband  Prakash Chand    tried to commit the suicide by   cut his nerve  with  blade .  ASI  Ashok  Kumar  incharge  PP Bassi is investigating  the case.

CASE  OF  ROAD  ACCIDENT

 8        Case FIR No. 43/16 dated 12/05/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC  &   U/S 187  MV Act has been registered in P.S.  Aut on the complaint of  Sh. Gurang Kumar  S/O Sh. Hira Lal R/O  Mugling  PO  Chitaun Tehsil  Narayani District  Chitaun ( Nepal)  at present working as a rafting  guide  at Jhari  . On 11/05/16  he  along with Raj Kumar  &  Sona Gurang were coming to their  residence , in the mean time a  Scorpio(HP66-0099) came rashly and negligently  and hit to Raj Kumar   and sped away from the spot  and Raj Kumar sustained injuries.  HC  Anil  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.  

 CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

9          Case FIR No. 113/16 dated 12/05/16  U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ghanshyam S/O Sh.  Tota Ram  R/O  Bhyarta PO  Chunahan Tehsil  Balh  District Mandi (HP) he was  going to his home  by  Motor Cycle(HP33C-6378) , in the mean time  a  Car(HP62-A1478)  came rashly and negligently  and  hit  his  Motor Cycle  as a result  he sustained injuries.  HC Harbans  No.  68 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

 10        284  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 41,100/- was recovered and 8 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered and 1Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4500/-  was recovered during last 24 hours
