1 Case FIR No. 138/16 dated 19/05/16 U/S 341, 323, 355, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Pranjay W/O Sh. Parash Gautam R/O Malox Building Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 19/02/16 when she was present near Honda Agency Chakkar, in the mean time her brother-in-law Sidharth came along with his wife namely Swati, obstructed her way and assaulted upon her and she sustained injuries. HC Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S Balh is investigating the case.

2 Case FIR No. 121/16 dated 19/05/16 U/S 363, 366(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of a girl R/O Ropa PO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 28/03/16 Ahshan S/O Sh. Tahir resident of Bijnour forcefully abducted her . SI Surender Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

3 Case FIR No. 122/16 dated 19/05/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Krishan Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 19/05/16 when he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the patrolling he recovered 21 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Loungu Ram S/O Sardaru Ram R/O Bober P O Jarol Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi (HP). ASI Krishan Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF RIOTING , CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
4 Case FIR No. 123/16 dated 20/05/16 U/S 147, 149, 452, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Neeva Devi W/O Sh. Harbans Singh R/O Ghagnoo Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 20/05/16 Gulab Ram , Mani Devi , Prakash Chand , Santosh Kumar, Dalip Singh & Champa Devi all the resident of same locality, entered in her courtyard and abused him & her husband. ASI Brij Lal I/C of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

5 Case FIR No. 124/16 dated 20/05/16 U/S 147, 149, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Champa Devi W/O Sh. Parkash Chand R/O Ghangnoo Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 19/05/16 Chaudhary Ram, Sohan Lal, Harbans & Neena Devi all the resident of same locality obstructed way of her father namely Gulaba Ram and beat him up and also threatened them with dire consequences. ASI Brij Lal I/C of PP Dehar is investigating the case.

6 Case FIR No. 139/16 dated 20/05/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by Bodh Raj I/C of PP Rewalsar that on 20/05/16 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Mazahli and during the course of patrolling he recovered 11 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Pushap Raj S/O Sh. Durga Dass R/O Reur Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) . ASI Bodh Raj I/C of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT
7 Case FIR No. 60/16 dated 20/05/16 U/S 279, 337, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Narender Kumar S/O Sh. Chaman Lal R/O Kushala PO Ghiri Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 19/05/16 at about 8:15 PM a Jeep ( HP32B-0898) which was driven by Dharampal @ Gulaba S/O Narotam Ram R/O Vill Nalu PO Jai Devi Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distict Mandi came rashly and negligently and when they reached near Kushala in the mean time driver of said Jeep lost the control on Jeep and fell down 300 meter downwards from the road as a result 3 persons namely Chaman Lal, Chet Ram and Roshan Lal all the resident of same locality R/O Kushala PO Ghiri Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) died on the spot and driver of said Jeep sustained injuries. CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY
8 Case FIR No. 39/16 dated 19/05/16 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar by HC Chaman Lal No. 867 I.O. of P.S. Padhar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the patrolling he found that a Rehari was laid on the road by Bhagat Singh S/O Sh. Bhuri Singh R/O Chatrih PO Gawali Tehsil Padhar District Mandi (HP) which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic. HC Chaman Lal No. 867 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CULPABLE HOMICIDE
9 Case FIR No. 47/16 dated 19/05/16 U/S 304 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Partap Singh S/O Late. Sh. Ram Ditta R/O Beri P.O. Brang Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi that on 19/05/16 at about 7:30 AM he along with his wife were present along side the road at Chanehar, in the mean time Santa Kumar S/O Sh. HansRaj came by his Motor Cycle and hit his wife as a result his wife sustained injuries and died on the way to Zonal Hosptal Hamirpur . ASI Harnam Singh I.O. of P.S. Dharmpur is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISCHIEF AND INTIMIDATION
10 Case FIR No. 140/16 dated 20/05/16 U/S 447, 427, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Gangvir S/OLate. Sh. Ram Dass R/O Nalhog PO Baryara Tehsil Kotli District Mandi (HP) that Sher Singh S/O Late. Sh. Narian Singh R/O Nalhog entered in his land with JCB Machine and dug the land and also abuse him . HC Amrit Lal I.O. of PP Kotli is investigating the case.

11 253 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 46,400/- was recovered and 27 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2700/- was recovered and 1 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
