CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

1          Case FIR No. 40/16 dated 23/05/16 U/S 283  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Padhar  by  ASI  Ramesh  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Padhar that  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at  Narla  and during the course of  patrolling he  found that  a  Rehari    was  laid on the  road by Ashok Kumar Rao S/O Sh. Brij Lal Rao R/O VPO Pita- Ka -Kheda Tehsil Raypur Distt Bilwara Rajsathan  presently residing at  of Narla  Tehsill Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic.  ASI  Ramesh  Kumar  I.O. P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2    Case FIR No. 65/16 dated 23/05/16   U/S 452, 323, 504, 506   IPC has been registered in P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Sarla Devi  W/O Sh. Krishan Lal  R/O   Dhwad PO  Purakothi Tehsil  Nihri District  Mandi (HP) that  on 21/05/16 Chuni Lal  R/O  Vill Dhawar PO Pourakothi Distt Mandi (HP)  entered in   her  home and   beat  her  up   and he sustained injuries.  ASI  Pushap Raj  I/C PP  Nihari is investigating the case.  

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND   CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No. 130/16 dated 23/05/16  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Dehar  on the complaint  of  Pankaj  Kumar  S/O Sh. Chet  R/O  Bhardwan PO  Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that  he is working as  a Junior Engineer GHV company  fore lane . That on 23/05/16  he was doing his duty at  Gashi Nala, in the mean time  Sudama Ram R/O  Dehvi came there, obstructed  him and beat him  up and  also threatened him with dire consequences .  HC Prabhakar  Ram  I.O. of PP Dehar is investigating  the case.   

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4          Case FIR No. 79/16 dated 23/05/16  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act  has been registered in P.S. Karsog  by  Insp. Ranjeet Singh  Incharge  CIA Mandi that on 23/05/16   he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Karsog Bazzar and during the course of patrolling he recovered  9 Bottles of   Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Krishan S/O Sh. Nar Singh  Dass  R/O  R/O  Panjrit PO  Tehsil  Karsog  Distict Mandi (HP).  Insp.  Ranjeet Singh  Incharge  CIA  Mandi is investigating the case.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5          Case FIR No. 80/16 dated 23/05/16  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has  been registered in P.S. Karsog  by Insp.  Ranjeet Singh  Incharge CIA Mandi  that on 23/05/16 he was on patrolling alnogwith other police officials at  Karsog and during the course of patrolling he recovered  11 Bottles of Country Liquor  from the possession of Nokhu Ram S/O Sh. Kapuru Ram Village Patiseri PO & Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi( HP). Insp. Ranjeet Singh  Incharge  CIA  Mandi is investigating the case

6          Case FIR No. 50/16 dated 23/05/16  U/S  341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Bhagmal S/O Sh.   Fateh  Chand   R/O  Dharampur  Tehsil  Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that  on 22/05/16 Rajesh  Kumar  obstructed his way  and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC Sarwan Kumar  No. 61  I.O. of P.S.  Dharampur is investigating the case.

7          Case FIR No. 51/16  dated  24/05/16  U/S  341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Sh.  Rajesh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Narain Singh R/O  Seoh Tehsil Dharampur  District Mandi (HP) that  he  going to his  duty, in the mean  time  Sandeep Kumar  S/O Sh. Maan Singh  R/O  Seoh obstructed his way and beat him up.  ASI  Manohar  Lal  I.O. of  P.S.  Dharampur is investigating the case.

 CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION  

8          Case FIR No. 92/16 dated 23/05/16  U/S 323, 324, 504, 506 ,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Joginderangar  on the complaint of Sh.  Sarad Singh  R/O  Bhadog PO  Bhararu Tehsil Jogindernagar District  Mandi (HP) that  his brother Amed Singh   came  alongwith his  cousin  Ashok Kumar S/O Sh. Gauttam Singh  beat him up  and he sustained injuries and  they also threatened  him with dire consequences.  HC  Chaman Lal  No. 38  I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS , HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

9          Case FIR No. 93/16 dated 24/05/16   U/S 452, 323, 504  IPC has been  registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the  complaint of  Smt. Reena Devi W/O Sh. Bhushan VPO  Ladbharol  Tehsil Ladbharol Distict Mandi (HP) that   on 23/05/16  Manju  Devi  resident of same locality  entered in her courtyard and beat him up .  HC  Mangat Ram  No. 898  I.O. of  PP  Ladbharol is investigating the case.

10        Case FIR No. 94/16 dated 24/05/16  U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Smt.  Manju  Devi W/O Sh. Kishori Lal  VPO  Ladbharol Tehsil Ladbhaol Distict Mandi (HP0 that  on 23/05/16 Reena Devi W/O Bharat Bhushan VPO Ladbharol Teh. Ladbharol Distt Mandi(HP)  obstructed her way and beat  her up.  HC  Anil  Kumar  I.O. of PP  Ladbahrol is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1.  288   Vehicles were  challaned  under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 42,400 /- was recovered  and  12 challans  were  issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1200 /-  was recovered and 2 challans  were issued  Mining Act and fine of Rs. 11,600/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
