CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1          Case FIR No. 85/16 dated 27/05/16  U/S  39, 43(A)  of  Excise Act  has been registered in P.S. Gohar  by SI Gopal  Incharge  PP Janjehli  that  on 26/05/16  he  laid   a nakka   alongwith  other  police officials  at  Odidhar and during the  checking of vehicle (HP62A-2941)  he  recovered   466  Bottles of English Wine ,  1440  Bottles of Country  Liquor &  360   Bottles of  Beer from   the  possession of    driver of said vehicle  namely Jai Ram  S/O  Sh. Prittam Singh R/O Vill. Drihan P.O. Chattri  Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP).  SI  Gopal  Singh  I/C of  PP  Janjehli  is investigating  the case.

CASE  OF  KIDNAPPING

2          Case FIR  No. 52/16 dated 28/05/16  U/S  363  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut on the complaint  of a   person   R/O  Kandhi P.O.   Balichowki  District  Mandi (HP) that  his niece  &  cousin sister  are   missing since  26/05/16  and  he suspect  that Gaurav Thakur S/O Sh. Bainsru  Ram & Ashish Atwal S/O Sh. Tilak Raj R/O Lamba Thach   District Mandi (HP) kidnapped  his   niece and cousin.  ASI Mohar  Singh  I/C of PP Bali Chowki   is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF RIOTING, MISCHIEF  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

3          Case FIR No. 138/16 dated 27/05/16  U/S 147, 448, 427, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of   Smt. Najima W/O Sh. Sazid Kurenshi R/O  164/08  Bhojpur Tehsil  Sundernagar  District Mandi (HP) that on  27/05/16   Jamil  & Parvej Akhte, Rafia Bano, Kursid@ Poto, Handu Ram  came  along with  his  workers   beat her up and    broke   her kitchen's wall   and  they all threatened her  with dire consequences.  SI   Nand Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  RIOTING  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

4         Case FIR No. 139/16 dated 27/05/16  U/S 147, 149, 506, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Jamil Akhter  &  Pervej  Akhter   both are  S/O Sh. Aldita R/O  Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar  District  Mandi (HP) that  there  is  distributed   land at  Bhojpur  along with  Najima W/O Sh.  Lalla. When complainant  was not present , in the mean time  said Najima  started the  construction  work on said  disputed  land  and also  came along with  his relatives  and started  to  beat them up  and  threatened them with dire consequences.  ASI  Parkash Chand  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.  

           

CASE OF  CRIMINAL  TRESPASS  AND HURT

5          Case FIR No. 95/16 dated 27/05/16 U/S 451, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on  the complaint of Sh.  Mahesh Kumar  S/O Sh. Khazana Singh R/O  Bhagehar R/O  Bhagehar  PO  Khazoor Tehsil Ladbharol   District Mandi (HP) that  on 26/05/16  Titar Ram  S/O Sh. Beli Ram R/O  Silh, Sher Singh S/O Sh. Shidhu Ram R/O  Kasher, Milap Chand  S/O Sh. Bhudhi Singh  R/O Bhagehar  Tehsil Ladbharol  District Mandi (HP) entered in the   courtyard of  his home and beat  him up.  HC  Anil Kumar   No. 412  I.O. of PP  Ladbharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING PUBLIC SERVANT IN DISCHARGE OF PUBLIC FUNCTION AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6          Case  FIR  No. 96/16 dated 28/05/16 U/S 341, 186, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Pratap Singh  R/O  Pantehar PO  Golwan   Tehsil Ladbharol  presently working as water guard  that on 27/05/16  he was  on  water  supply  checking duty at  Dugh, in the mean time Chander SenS/O Sh. Dumna Ram Vill. Narohali PO Golwan Tehsil Lad-bharol District  Mandi (HP)  obstructed him and beat him up .  HC   Mangat  Ram  I.O. of PP Lad- bharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7          Case FIR No. 157/16 dated 27/05/16  U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat by  HC Rajesh Kumar  No. 907  I.O. of PP Hatli that on  27/05/16  a Motor Cycle (HP22-9687)  which was ridden  by  Pankaj  Kumar  S/O Sh. Ramesh Kumar  R/O  Sanaru  hit a lady namely  Maya Devi  W/O Sh. Bias Dev   R/O Khudla  Tehsil Baldwara District Mandi (HP)   who was   walking  alongside the   road  at  Khudla.  HC  Rajesh  Kumar  No. 907  I.O. of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

8          Case FIR NO 158/16  dated  27/5/2016 U/S  325,323,34 IPC has been registered in this P.S Sarkaghat  on the complaint of  Vijay Kumar  S/O Sh. Purshottam R/O  Mohin PO  Gopalpur Tehsil  Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that  on 25/05/16  his brother namely  Ajay  Kumar  & Mintu beat  him up and he sustained injures .  SI  Karanjeet Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

9              435  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 58,900/- was recovered and 11   Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1100 /- was recovered  and  4 Challans  were issued  under Mining  Act and fine of Rs. 16000/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
