    P.E.T.  FOR  RECRUITMENT  OF  CONSTABLES -2016

1          Today  physical efficiency  test  for  the participants of  Tehsil  Balh  District  Mandi  was  conducted  at  paddal   Ground  Mandi  in  which 1200  participants  were  called  for  said  test  out  of which 1033 candidates  appeared in said test .

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT   ACT

 

2            Case FIR No. 81/16 dated 08/05/16  U/s 279,337,304(A)  IPC has been registered in  PS Jogindernagar on the  complaint of Sandeep Kumar S/O Sant Ram  House  No. 215/5 Palace Colony Mandi that on 07/05/2016  he was traveling in HRTC Bus No (HP.25A-2251)  which was  on its route Dharamsala to Reekangpeo,  and  at about 8:15 PM when they reached near Galu near  village Gumma, in the mean time  driver of said  bus lost the control on  the bus  and  fell down  at  about 100   feet  downward  from the road, as a result  12 persons died  and other 43 persons sustained injured in this  mishap. SI Prittam Singh I/O PS Joginder Nagar is investigating the case.

6. Smt.  Kamla Devi  W/O Sh.  Pratap Singh  R/O  Baro PO  Sundhra Tehsil  Nichat District Kinnour (HP)

7.  Kanhiya Lal Gupta S/O Sh.  Shyam  Narayan Prashad R/O  House No. 26  Utter Pali  Benichity Dunget (West Bangal)

8.  Pushpa W/O Sh. Kanhiya Lal  R/O  West Bangal age  55 years old

9.  Rashmi Gupta W/O Sh.  Abhishek Gupta R/O   West Bangal aged  30 years old

10.  Rajat Gupta S/O Sh.  Kanhiya Prasad R/O  West Bangal  aged 28 years old .

11.  AAsvik S/O Sh.  Abhishek R/O West  Bangal   aged  8 years old .

CASE OF NDPS ACT

3          Case FIR NO 42/16 dated 7/5/16 U/S 20,29-61-85 ND& PS Act has been registered  in  PS Aut by  SI/SHO Kuldeep Chand on 7/05/16  at  about 5:15  PM  he laid  a Naka alongwith other police officials  at Jhalogi  and  during the  checking of  Car (DL3CCK-6713)  he recovered 65 Gram Charas    from the possession of Naveen Kumar Singh S/O Late Sh. Inder Pal Singh R/O DC 1570 C. Block Davua Colony Faridabad Haryana aged 25 years old ,  Ankit  Naiyar  S/O Sh. Ajay Kumar Naiyar R/O A-305  New Kanchan Janga Apartment Sector 23 Dwarika  New Delhi aged 23 years  old and   Tirth Dhakal S/O Sh.  Drubh Dhakal R/O  G-41 Krishana Nagar 40 Futa Road Preet Bihar Delhi age 25 years old  . All    accused have   been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by  SI  Kuldeep  Chand  SHO of P.S. Aut .

CASE OF  ROAD  ACCIDENT

 

4          Case FIR No 70/16 dated 07/05/16 U/s 279,337 IPC &187 MV Act has been registered in  PS Karsog, on the  complaint of Keshav Ram S/O Sh.   Dattu Ram village Jhalog PO  Kawo PS Karsog, that on 07/05/16 at 3.30 pm he was standing near bus stand Karsog, in the mean time one Alto Car   came rashly from Karsog Bazar side and hit him and  fled  away from the spot  as a result  he sustained injuries . ASI Bhom Parkesh  I/O of  PS Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF   EXCISE ACT

5         Case FIR No. 132/16 dated 08/05/16  U/S 39 of HP  Excise Act has been  registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat   by  SI  Ashwani  Incharge of  PP Hatli  that   on 07/05/16  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at  Patrighat and  during the course of patrolling he recovered   5 Liter Illicit Liquor  from  the possession of  Roshan  Lal S/O Sh.  Uttam  Chand  R/O  Gobratha PO  Sarkidhar Tehsil Sarkaghat District  Mandi (HP) . SI  Ashwani I/C of PP Hatli is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  HURT

  6       Case FIR No. 82/16 dated 08/05/16  U/S 324, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on  the   complaint of   Smt.  Santosh  W/O Sh.   Subhash Chand  R/O  Utpur  Tehsil  Lad- Bharol District  Mandi (HP) that  her father-in-law namely   Piar Chand  & sister-in-law  Suman beat her up and she sustained  injuries.  ASI  Sandeep  Kumar  I/C of PP  Lad-Bharol is investigating the case.   

CASE OF  OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT  AND HURT

7          Case FIR No. 109/16 dated 08/05/16  U/S 353, 332  IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Sunderangar on the  complaint of   Assistant Engineer, HPSEBL Sundernagar that on 05/05/16  when  their  lineman namely  Khub Ram  and  Jai Singh  were performing   his duties  at  Kanaid ,  in the  mean time  Sanju  S/O Sh.  Dumnu R/O  Kanaid  Tehsil Sundernagar  District Mandi (HP)  came there and  obstructed   them to perform their duties   and  beat them up  .  ASI  Krishan Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

 8          236  Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 18,200 /- was recovered  and  6  challans  were  issued  under  COTPA  and  fine   of Rs  600 /-  was  recovered  during last 24  hours.
