CASE OF OBSTRUCTING  WAY,  HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR No. 145/16 dated 26/05/16  U/S 341, 323,506, 34  IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sadar  on the complaint of Sh. Sher Ali  S/O Sh. Juman  R/O  Silah   PO  Shivabadar   Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP)  that on 26/05/16   he was going to Manali  by  his  Truck(HP65-2390)  and when he reached near Pandoh , in the mean time  Lot Ram, Sitar Mohd &  Edhriham obstructed  his way  and beat him up  and also threatened him  with dire consequences. HC  Yash Pal No. 14 I.O. of PP Pandoh  is investigating  the case.

2          Case FIR No. 84/16 dated 27/05/16  U/S 341,  323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Ram Dass S/O Sh. Keshru R/O Chet  PO  Chauni Tehsil Thunag Distict  Mandi  (HP) that  on 26/05/16  Lachhi Devi W/O Sh.  Hukkmi Ram    resident of same locality   obstructed  his way and beat him up  and  also threatened him  with  dire consequences .  HC  Sarwan Kumar   No. 917  I.O.  PP  Janjehli is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  RIOTING  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No. 137/16 dated 27/05/16 U/S 147, 149, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the  complaint of Sh. Subhash Chand  S/O Sh. Kanshi Ram R/O Bhour PO  Kanaid  Tehsil  Sundernagar District  Mandi (HP) that  on 24/05/16  Vijay Kumar S/O Kanhiya Lal  &  Palu S/O Anant Ram R/O Palohta Tehsil Sunder Nagar District Mandi (HP)   came  along with  8-10 person  and   pelted the  stones   upon him  and and  also  threatened   him with dire consequences.  ASI  Sharwan Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar  is investigating the case.  

CASE OF (PREVENTION OF CRULTY TO ANIMAL) ACT

4          Case FIR No. 156/16 dated 26/05/16  U/S  11  (Prevention   of Cruelty to  Animal  Act)  has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Pawan  Thakur S/O Sh. Mahajan Singh  R/O Chalali PO Chorthala  Tehsil Sarkaghat  District  Mandi (HP)   that on  26/05/16  he was present at Cholthara,  then he  found that  a  Truck (HP40-3197 ) which was  driven  by Naresh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Jagdish  Chand    loaded   large  number of   cow  in his  truck . SI   Sandeep   Kumar  SHO of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

5            Case  FIR No. 151/16 dated 26/05/16 U/S  323, 325  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh.  Beshar Ram S/O Sh. Gurmukh R/O  Lunapani PO  Bhangotu Tehsil Balh   that on 23/05/16  Raj  Kumar   resident of same locality   beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC  Raj  Kumar  No. 49  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.  

CHALLANS

1.  342 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs.  31,600 /- was recovered and 34 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 3500/- was recovered and 5 Challan was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs.  16,400 /- were  recovered during last 24 hours.
