CASE PROGRESS IN CASE FIR NO. 105/17 DATD 26.08.17 U/S 366 IPC P.S.BSL COLONY SUNDERNAGAR
Case FIR No. 105/17 dated 26.08.17 U/S 366 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar . On the same day i.e. 26.08.17 Police recovered the victim Krishna from the house of Accused namely Karam Chand S/O Sh.Ramesh Kumar R/O Kanger PO Chambi Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP). Victim Krishna stated that she got married to Karam Chand @ Luckey on 25.08.17 with her own consent without any fear and pressure. She also Produced the marriage affidavit to the Police.
