CRIME REPORT 01 NOV.

                                   

CASE OF EXCISE ACT  

1          Case FIR No. 160/16 dated 01/11/16 U/S 39(A) of  HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar  by  Insp. Chand Kishore SHO   P.S. Gohar   that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Khundhar and during the course of patrolling he recovered  17 Bottles of  Country Liquor, 7 Bottles of English Wine & 5 Litrs illicit liquor from the possession of  Parshottam Ram S/O Sh. Jassa Ram R/O Badrahard PO Parbarda Tehsil Chachiot District Mandi (HP)  Insp. Chand  Kishore  is investigating  the case .

CASE OF AFFRAY

2          Case FIR No. 151/16 dated 01/11/16 U/S 160 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog by  ASI Mohan  Joshi I.O. of P.S. Karsog that on 01/11/16 he was on patrolling  along with other  police officials at Bus Stand Larson, in  the mean time  two persons namely Rajesh Kumar S/O  Sh. Vijay R/O H. NO 2025/15 Gali Beriya Division Amritsar C/O Supper Bazaar Karsog and Vinod Kumar S/O  Sh. Bhisham Chand R/O Dhobi Dabadha PO Dhobi Tehsil Kullu C/O Mobile shop Karsog were  quarrelling  with each other  on  public place  and also created the  nuisance at  public place . ASI  Mohan Joshi I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

3    Case FIR No. 116/16 dated 31/10/16  U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by ASI Jagdish Kumar I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that   he was on patrolling  alongwith   other police officials  and during the course of patrolling he  found  that  a Rehri was laid on the road by  Hardyal S/O Sh. Charan Dass R/O Andreta PO Meramasit Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) which was causing  obstruction to the general public  as well as traffic. ASI  Jagdish Kumar I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

4    Case FIR No. 117/16 dated 31/10/16 U/S 283  IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut  by  HC Vinod Kumar No. 18 I.O. of P.S BSL Colony Sundernagar that  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Dhanotu Bridge and during the course of patrolling he found that  a rehri was laid on the road by  Khumani Ram S/O Sh. Shiv Narayan R/O & PO Sujanpur Teshsil Bareli (UP)  which was causing obstruction to general public as well as traffic. HC Vinod Kumar No.18 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
 

5          Case FIR No.118/16 dated 31/10/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar on  the  complaint of Sh. Mohd. Saza S/O Sh. Gulrej Mohd. R/O Dadoh PO Dhaban Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 31/10/16  he along with his daughter were coming by his Car(HP31-8731)  and when they reached  Dhanotu, in the mean time    another  Car(HP31-8731)  came from Mandi side,  two person came down from  said  car, obstructed   their  way and   beat him up  and he sustained injuries. ASI  Tarsem Singh  I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

6        Case FIR No. 294/16 dated 01/11/16 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Smt. Narmada Devi W/O Sh. Balak Ram R/O Chugun PO Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh District Mandi(HP) that on 01/11/16 Dhani Ram R/O Chugan, obstructed her way,  beat  her up and she sustained injuries. ASI  Khalil Ahmad I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.  

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7        Case FIR No.293/16 dated 31/10/16 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint  of Sh. Hitender Kumar S/O Sh. Lal Singh R/O Sanpalu PO Salla Tehsil Chachiot  District Mandi (HP) that on 31/10/16  he was  going by his Car(HP03C-0896) and when reached  near Bagla, in the mean time a Motor Cycle(HP33B-1295)which was ridden by  Tilak Raj came  rashly and negligently, hit  his car from back side as a result rider of said Motor Cycle sustained injuries.  ASI Rajinder Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

  1.   141  Vehciles were  challaned  under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.  20,000/- was recovered  and  8 challans  were  issued under COTPA  Act  and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
