CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

1.      Case FIR No 164/16 dated  08-11-2016 U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Bindu Devi W/O Sh Lal Singh R/O Vill Chaida Khad, PO Shibathana, Tehsil Thunag, Distt Mandi (HP) that on 07/11/2016 Begi Devi W/O Sh Nok Ram Vill Chaida Khad PO Shibathana Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi obstructed her way and  beat her up and threatened her with dire consequence. HC Birbal Singh No. 72 I/O PP Janjehali is investigating this case.

 

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

2.      Case FIR No. 154/16 dated 8/11/16 U/S 363 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Karsog on the complaint of a person R/O VPO Pangan, Tehsil Karsog, Distt Mandi, HP that on 08.11.2016 at 08.00 AM his sister   was gone to M.P. School Pangna   but she did not came back home and he has doubt that his sister has been kidnapped by some unknown person. ASI Amar Singh I/C PP Pangna is investigating this case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCING WAY, HURT AND EXTORTION.

3.      Case FIR No. 286/16 dated 08/11/16 U/S 341, 323, 384, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Virender Singh Chauhan S/O Sh. Kanshi Ram R/O VPO Nalti, Tehsil- Ghumarwin, Distt. Bilaspur HP that he is a member of Sarkaghat Truck Operator Union and on 08/11/16 he was coming to Mandi to deposit the tender for supply of essential commodities articles. When he reached at Randhara in the mean time Kamlesh R/O Vill. Sulpur Bahi Tehsil- Baldwara, Distt. Mandi, Pinku, Chain, Bachitar, Rajesh Patyal, Sudesh , Ravinder singh , Rajesh Kumar etc  obstructed his way and beat him up and also snatched his tender document, cash of worth Rs. 50,000/-, certificate and some other documents. ASI Anand Kishore is investigating this case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION.

4.      A case FIR No. 122/16 dated 08.11.2016 U/S 506, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Lata Devi W/O Sh. Leela Dhar R/O Village Dhamil, PO Kutahachi Tehsil, Nihri District Mandi (HP) that on 08.11.2016 a person namely Yog Raj S/O Bhadru Ram R/O VPO Kutahachi called on her mobile phone and abused her filthy language and threatened her with dire consequence. ASI Pushap Dev I/C PP Nihri I/O PS BSL Colony is investigating this case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, HURT, &  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION. 

5.      Case FIR NO 303/16 dated 08/11/2016 U/S 451, 452, 323, 457, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Birbal Singh S/O Sh. Mohar Singh R/O Village Dagwani, PO Khouda, Tehsil Sarkaghat, Distt Mandi, (HP) that on 08-11-16 at  about 6-30 PM his native namely Vikrant @ Bhuttu S/O Sh Balbir Singh came in his courtyard and attacked upon him with sharp weapon and also threatened with dire consequence and also damaged his vehicle (Mahindra Max jeep HP HP01M-1084).  ASI Thakur Dass I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating this case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT.

6.      Case FIR No 304/16 dated 09-11-16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sarwan Kumar S/O Sh Minka Ram R/O Village Gaur Ghulanu, PO Nabahi, Tehsil Sarkaghat, Distt Mandi (HP) that on  09-11-16 at time about 12-15 AM he was sleeping in his home, in the  mean time he listen a sound and found that  a M/Cycle (HP 74-7130) fell down on the main road and two person found injured. SI Kanranjeet Singh I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating this case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, MOLESTATION AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION.

7.      Case FIR No 269/16 dated 8-11-16 U/S 341, 354, 354A, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Sunder Nagar on the complaint of  a lady R/O VPO Ghangnu, Tehsil Sunder Nagar,  District Mandi (HP) that on 8-11-16 she was  coming to her computer centre Sundernagar from her home on the way a  person namely Pitamber Lal  obstruct her way near, outrage her modesty and also threatened with dire consequence. ASI Jeet Singh I/C PP Dehar is investigating this case.

 

CASE OF HURT.

8.      Case FIR No. 298/16 dated 08.11.2016 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Jeet Ram S/O Sh. Hem Singh R/O VPO Ratti Tehsil Balh Distt Mandi (HP) that  on 31.10.2016 Roshan Lal beat him up due to which he sustained injuries.  ASI Rajender Thakur I/O PS Balh is investigating this case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY.

9.      Case FIR No. 118/16 dated 8-11-2016 U/S 342 IPC has been registered in PS Aut on the complaint of Sh. Tek chand S/O Sh. Hem Singh R/O Sai PO Saigalu, Tehsil Kotli, District Mandi (H.P.) that his wife is  owner of truck (HP 33E1447) and  on  6-11-2016  driver of said tuck brought it to Banal Power Grid to load the material in said truck but  member of Truck Union Aut came there and intentionally, knowingly and wrongfully detained their truck.   HC Anil Kumar No 33 I/O PS Aut is investigating this case.

 

CHALLANS.

10.                          243 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 46,500/- was recovered and 17 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1700 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
