1 Case FIR No. 271/16 dated 13/11/16 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by HC Tek Chand No. 03 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that today at about 5:45 AM he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Pungh and during the checking of Car(HP33B-5500) he recovered 1Kg.684 Gram Charas (Cannabis) from the possession of driver of said Car namely Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Ravinder Kumar R/O VPO Balh-Tikkar Tehsil Padhar District Mandi (HP) & 372 Gram Charas (Cannabis) from the possession of Bimla Devi W/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Bhumtir PO Badai Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP). Both of accused have been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by HC Tek Chand No. 03 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar .
CASE OF NDPS ACT
2 Case FIR No. 127/16 dated 13/11/16 U/S 18 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by SI Ram Krishan SHO of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that today he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Naresh Chowk and during the checking of Car(HP76-1808) he recovered 191 Grams Opium from the possession of Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Kuttu VPO Padhar Tehsil Padhar District Mandi (HP) & Lalit Kumar S/O Sh. Raju Ram R/O Katipari PO Padhar Tehsil Padhar District Mandi (HP). SI Ram Krishan I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 169/16 dated 13/11/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Girja Devi W/O Sh. Nagpal R/O Mansha PO Chachiot District Mandi (HP) that on 13/11/16 Durgi Devi W/O Sh. Rajender Kumar R/O Mansha PO Chachiot District Mandi obstructed her way and beat her up and also threatened her with dire consequences. ASI Roop Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
4 Case FIR No. 93/16 dated 13/11/16 U/S 451, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Shiv Ram S/O Late. Sh. Ram JI Ram R/O Gorat PO Seoh Sub-Tehsil Dharampur District Mandi (HP) that on 12/11/16 when he was present in his home, in the mean time Santosh Kumar resident of same locality, entered in the courtyard and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. ASI Manohar Lal I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
CASE OF KIDNAPPING
5 Case FIR No. 301/16 dated 13/11/16 U/S 363 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaitn of Sh. Narender Pal Sharma S/O Sh. Karam Singh R/O Sardhwar Teshil Balh District Mandi (HP) that his daughter is missing and he suspect that a person namely Bittu has kidnapped his daughter . ASI Rajender Thakur I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
6 Case FIR No. 300/16 dated 12/11/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Ravinder Singh S/O Sh. Gokal Singh R/O VPO Barsu Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 12/11/16 he alongwith his wife were going towards Barsu by Motor Cycle (HP33B-6398) and when they reached at Nagchalla, in the mean time a Car (HP52-9990) came rashly from Mandi side and hit the four Wheeler parked along the road side and after that hit his Motor Cycle and they sustained injuries. CASE OF THEFT, MISCHIEF, CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
7 Case FIR No. 306/16 dated 12/11/16 U/S 379, 427, 447, 147, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Prabhu Ram S/O Sh. Fagnu Ram R/O Badresa illaqua Bhadrota Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) received through Ld Court ACJM Sarkaghat U/S 156(3) Cr.P.C. that Gribu came along with his family members namely Purbu Devi , Babli, Devender & Sumna Devi all the resident of same locality and entered in his land and harvested the crop and stole away and threatened him with dire consequences. HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND ARSON
8 Case FIR No. 307/16 dated 12/11/16 U/S 451, 435, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Damodar Dass R/O Panyali PO Gehra Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that on 12/11/16 Ashok Kumar S/O Sh. Laturia Ram R/O VPO Gahar came alongwith 2/3 person, entered in his shop and beat him up and said Ashok Kumar also set his car on fire. ASI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
172 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 18,600/- was recovered and 3 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs.300 /-was recovered and 5 challan were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 14,200 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
