CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 299/16 dated 03/11/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the  complaint of Sh. Gian Chand S/O Late. Sh. Bhura Ram R/O VPO Khauda Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP)  that on 03/11/16 he was going to  his home , in the mean time  a Motor Cycle(HP74A-0287) came rashly and negligently  from Tihra side  and hit to him as a result he sustained injuries. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2          Case FIR No.300/16 dated 04/11/16 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Jagdish Chand VPO Behad Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that on 03/11/16 when he was  parking  his Car(HP28-7653) at Mohin  along road     side, in the mean time another  Car which was driven by  Kala Ram  R/O Chamyanu PO Nabahi Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP)  came rashly and negligently  and hit  his  car.  ASI  Thakur Dass I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF FOREST ACT 

3          Case FIR No. 194/16 daed 04/11/16 U/S 447 IPC &U/S 33 of Indian Forest Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Chaman Lal  presently  B.O. Forest Block  Chauntra that on 27/10/16 pradhan of Gram  Panchyat  Main-Bharola namely Duni Chand Rathor encroached  the land  of forest at Khetaru and axed the seven trees of Cheer (Chil) . ASI Ranjeet Singh  I/C of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4          Case FIR No. 193/16 daed 03/11/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ajay Kumar S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Kunni PO  Lad-Bharol District Mandi (HP)  that on 03/11/16 when he was going towards Lad-Bharol Bazaar by  his  Car(HP21A-8600), in the mean time a Van(HP56-3650) which was driven by Pratap S/O Sh. Mangat Ram R/O Siyun PO Lad-Bharol District Mandi (HP) came rashly and negligently   and hit his car from back side as a  result he along with  Sunita Devi  sustained injuries. HC Anil Kumar No.412 I.O. of PP  Lad-Bharol is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

5             217  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 47,300/- was recovered and 6  Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 800 /- was recovered  and  2 challans  were  issued under  Mining Act and fine  of Rs. 11,600/-  was  recovered during last 24 hours.
