CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR No. 279/16 dated 01/11/16 U/S 341,  323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Smt. Sharda W/O Sh. Kamlesh R/O Bhalana PO Nasloh Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP) that on 01/11/16 she along with her husband were working in newly  constructed house in  the mean time   Tara Devi W/O Sh. Har Dayal resident of same locality  obstructed   her husband,  pelted stone upon him  and her husband sustained injuries and also threatened them with dire consequences.  SI Kuldeep Chand Sharam I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT  AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No.280/16 daed 01/11/16 U/S 323, 324, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Ranjana W/O Sh. Manish Kumar R/O House No.51/12 Ram Nagar Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP)  that on  30/10/16  her husband beat  her up brutally, she sustained injuries and also threatened her with dire consequences.  HC Manoj Kumar I.O. of PP City  Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF  PUBLIC SAFETY

3          Case FIR No.119/16 dated 02/11/16 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL  Colony Sundernagar by  HC Vinod Kumar N 18 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar  that  he was on patrolling alongwith  other  police officials at Dhanotu and during the course  of patrolling he found that a rehri was laid  on the road by   Bhup Singh  S/O Sh. Nathu Singh R/O Sirsa Tehsil Saita (UP) which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic.  HC Vinod Kumar I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No. 190/16 dated 02/11/16 U/S  451, 323, 504,506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Lakhu Ram R/O Kohra PO Sainthal Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distcit Mandi (HP) that  on 02/11/16  Dharam Singh  & Pradeep Kumar both are the resident of same locality, entered in his courtyard beat him up &  he sustained injuries. They also threatened them with dire consequences.  ASI  Ranjeet Singh I/C of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5          Case FIR No. 189/16 dated 02/11/16 U/S 279,337IPC & U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Khayali Ram S/O Sh. Bhokhi Ram R/O Nergharwasra PO  Majharnu Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP)  that on 02/11/16 he was  going towards Baijnath by  his Scooty(HP29A-1283)  and when they reached  near  Ghatta, in the mean time an unknown vehicle  came rashly from back side and hit his  scooty  and he sustained injuries. ASI Ranjeet Singh I/C of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

 6          138  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 15,800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
