CASE OF SC & ST (PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES) ACT
1 Case FIR No. 125/16 dated 11/11/16 U/S 341, 323, 147, 149 IPC & U/S 3(X) of SC& ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ram Chand S/O Sh. Fagyaru Ram R/O Jaral PO Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 09/11/16 someone informed him telephonically that his son namely Tilak Raj is quarrelling at Nehara and when he along with Hosiyar Singh & Kalu reached at Nehara and found that some villagers were beating to his son namely Tilak Raj and when he tried to escape him , in the mean time Budhi Singh , Dhani Ram, Tek Chand, Nishant Verma, Ashish Verma & Umesh Verma, obstructed his way, beat him up and also abused him by calling cast. SI Ram Krishan SHO of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MOLESTATION, HURT AND RIOTING
2 Case FIR No. 126/16 dated 11/11/16 U/S 451, 354, 323, 504, 147, 149 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of a lady R/O Nehara PO Chambi Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 09/11/16 Ram Chander came along with Kartik Chauhan S/O Sh. Prakash Chand R/O Mahadev, Tilak Raj S/O Sh. Ram Chander R/O Jaral, Gulshan S/O Sh. Mohan Singh R/O Palahota, Manish Kumar S/O Sh. Sukh Ram R/O Paushal, entered in her courtyard, outrage her modesty and beat her up along with her husband and they sustained injuries. ASI Tarsem Singh I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
3 Case FIR No. 299/16 dated 11/11/2016 U/S 379, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Hem Singh S/O Sh. Late Sh. Maya Ram presently Deputy Ranger, Forest Corporation Sunder Nagar, District Mandi (HP) that Santosh Kumar S/O Lal Chand R/O Vill. Bhared PO Majhin, Tehsil Khudia, Distt Kangra and Amreek Singh S/O Babu Ram, VPO Dehan, Tehsil Badsar, Distt Hamirpur (HP) stole away 340 Tin of Biroja from the forest of Makoda, Madhogan and Salosda. Both accused have been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by HC Rajkumar No. 49 I/O of PS Balh.
4 Case FIR No. 120/16 dated 11/11/16 U/S 363 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Bhalas Chander S/O Sh. Jawahar Lal R/O Bhatwari PO Kothamardha Tehsil Aut District Mandi (HP) that his younger brother namely Man Mohan Singh aged 16 years old is missing since 08/11/16 and he suspect that Sonu aged 17 years old, resident of Bihar has kidnapped his younger brother. ASI Subhash Chand I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

5 222 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 21,200/- was recovered and 2 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 200/-was recovered and 1 challan was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 14200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
