CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

1          Case FIR No.163/16 dated 08/11/16 U/S 451, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of  Smt. Begi Devi W/O Sh. Nok Ram Chaida Khad  P.O. Shibathana Tehsil Thunag District Mandi (HP) that on 08/11/16 Bindu Devi W/O Sh. Lal Singh came along with  her son Pawan Kumar, entered in  her courtyard  and beat her up and  also threatened her with dire consequences. HC Birbal Singh No. 72 I.O. of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

2          Case FIR No. 297/16 dated 07/11/16 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint  of Smt. Parvati Devi W/O Sh. Bhikam Ram R/O Thathar PO  Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 07/11/16 she alongwith Geeta Devi and  Kamla Devi   were coming to home  by Three wheeler  (HP65-3812) and when they reached near  Gerghajra Nala, in the mean time driver of said  vehicle namely  Sulender Singh  lost the control on  said  vehicle  due to rash and negligent driving and fell down  from the  road  due to which they sustained injuries.  HC Raj Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

NON-ATTENDANCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM PUBLIC SERVANT

3        Case FIR No. 266/16 dated 07/11/16 U/S 174 (A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by Incharge P.O.  Cell  Mandi   headed  by  Insp. Lokender Singh Negi  SHO of P.S Sundernagar that    he  succeeded to arrest  the  accused  Prem Chand S/O Sh. Bhagu Ram R/O Damchin PO Fozal District Kullu (HP) who was wanted  in Case FIR No.  143/16  dated 29/06/13  U/S 20, 29 NDPS Act of P.S. Sundernagar and declared proclaimed  offender by  the Ld  Special Judge –II Mandi  on  13/10/14 and he was arrested by the team of  PO Cell Mandi  on 07/11/2016  from  Village  Fozal Tehsil Manali District Kullu (HP) .  ASI Brij Lal  Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4        Case FIR No.  267/16 dated 07/11/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of  Smt. Bhuvneswari Devi W/O Sh. Basant Singh R/O Banayak PO Bhojpur Tehsil  Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that when he was present at  Bhojpur Bazaar, in the mean time a Motor Cycle rider namely Harish Kumar S/O Sh. Prem Chand R/O Siharal came  from  Banayak side  very rashly and negligently and fell down   from the Motor Cycle  at Banayak point . This incident occurred due to rash  and negligent   ridding by the rider of said  Motor Cycle rider. ASI  Sharwan Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar District Mandi (HP)

5        462 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 70,100 /- was recovered and 15 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1500/- was recovered during last 24 hours and 4 challans was issued under  Mining Act and fine of Rs.20,900/- was recovered  during  last 24  hours.
