CRIME REPORT 03 NOV.

                                        

CASE OF NDPS ACT

1          Case FIR No.281/16 dated 02/11/16 U/S  20 of  NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar  by  SI Kuldeep Chand I.O. of P.S. Sadar that on 02/11/16 he laid nakka alongwith other police officials  at  Sukki Bain and during the checking of HRTC Bus(HP12F-0991)which was on its route from Manali to Delhi, he recovered 281 Gram Charas (Cannabis) from the possession of  Kamal Mehta S/O Sh.Krishan Lal Mehta R/O House No. 261/14 Arjun Nagar Gurgaon (HR). Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by SI Kuldeep Chand  I.O. of P.S. Sadar.

CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT AND HURT

  1. Case FIR No. 152/16 dated 02/11/16 U/S 353, 332, 34 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Prem Lal S/O Sh. Karam Dass R/O Thogi PO Tatta Pani Tehsil  Karsog  District  Mandi (HP)  that he is a driver with  HRTC Bus(HP03B-6137) Depot Shimla-3. On 02/11/16  he was  cleaning the said bus at Bus Stand Tattapani, in the mean time Khem Raj Sharma, Geeta Ram, Vivek Sharam, Koushlya Sharma & Sarla Sharma came there and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  ASI Sahab Singh I/C of  Police  Assistance Room Tattapani is investigating the case.

CASE OF MOLESTATION , HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No.295/16 dated 02/11/16 U/S 354, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Balh on the complaint of  a lady R/O Malther PO Ratti Tehsil Balh District Mandi(HP) that on 01/11/16  Up-Pradhan Balwant Singh, Gram Panchayat Malther outrage her  modesty and  his wife Parwati Devi  beat her up and  she sustained injuries.   They also threatened her with dire consequences. ASI  Rajinder Thakur  I.O. P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No. 191/16 dated 02/11/16 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  on the  complaint of Sh. Dharam Singh  &  Pradeep Kumar S/O Sh. Kanshi Ram R/O Kohra PO Sainthal Tehsil  Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 02/11/16 Satish Kumar S/O Sh. Lakhu Ram R/O Kohra PO Sainthal Tehsil Jogindernagar  District Mandi (HP) obstructed  his way and beat him up  and she sustained injuries. ASI  Ranjeet Singh I/C of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

5          Case FIR No. 192/16 daed 02/11/16 U/S 325, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by  Ajay Kumar S/O Sh. Karam Singh R/O Kass PO Bhararu Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP)  that on 31/10/16 Gopi Ram S/O Sh. Prem Singh, Labh S/O Sh. Lal Singh, Dalip Singh S/O Sh. Satish Kumar all the resident of  Katwali PO Bhararu Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Ashok Kumar I/C of PP Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

6        Case FIR No. 120/16 dated 02/11/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.   BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Santosh Kumar S/O Sh. Hari Ram  C/O Babu Ram R/O House  No.249/8 Ambedkar Nagar(Upper Roppa) PO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distirct Mandi (HP) that on 02/11/16 Chuni Lal obstructed his way  and beat him up and he sustained injuries and  also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Vinod Kumar I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigation  the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND MISCHIEF

7          Case FIR No. 121/16 dated 02/11/16  U/S 447, 427, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of   Sh. Geeta Ram S/O Sh. Bihari Lal R/O Chhadi PO Pressi Tehsil  Nihari District Mandi (HP) that  he is the owner of land Khatoni No.68/132  rakwa No. H. 12 Bigha Muhal Pressi. On 31/10/16 Gian Chand S/O Sh. Amaru, Nanak Chand S/O Sh. Masat Ram  both are resident of Dugra PO Pressi axed the tree from his land. ASI Pushap Dev I/C of PP Nihari District Mandi (HP) is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

8      259  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 34,700/- was recovered and 7 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 700/-was  recovered  during last 24 hours.
