CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY & HURT
1. Case FIR No. 162/16 dated 05/11/2016 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Gunu Ram R/O VPO Kot Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/11/2016 Mohnu S/ O Sh. Durga R/O Vill. Kohalu and Raku R/O Pathan obstructed his way, beat him & his mother Smt. Rama Devi and they both sustained injuries. ASI Roop Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No. 195/16 dated 06/11/2016 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Balak Ram R/O Vill. Chanohana PO and Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) that Varun S/O Sh. Bhuri Singh and Kuldeep S/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O Chanohana obstructed his way, beat him up and also threatened to him. HC Anil Kumar No. 412 I.O. P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3. Case FIR No. 296/16 dated 05/11/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. MultarSingh S/O Sh. Anant Ram VPO Bararta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/11/2016 he alongwith his wife were going towards Gutkar by his Motor Cycle (HP28-9254) and when they reached near Nerchowk, in the mean time a scooty (HP33C-2873) hit his M/Cycle and his wife down on the road and she sustained injuries. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent riding by rider of above scooty. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

4. 149 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 14,500/ - was recovered and 9 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
