CASE OF EXCISE ACT
Case FIR No. 272/16 dated 13/11/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Jeet Ram I/C of PP Dehar that he was on patrolling along with his police officials at Namol and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Surender Kumar S/O Sh. Beli Ram Vill Baned Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi (HP). ASI Jeet Ram I/C of PP Dehar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
Case FIR No. 273/16 dated 13/11/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Shiv Kumar I/C of PP Slapper that on 13/11/16 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Seri-Kothi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 7 Bottles of Country Liquor form the possession of Jagdish Chand S/O Sh Paras Ram Vill Kolu ( Serikothi) Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi (HP). ASI Shiv Kumar I/C PP Slapper is investigating this case.
CASE OF MOLESTATION
Case FIR No. 302/16 dated 14-11-16 U/S 354(D), 509 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of a lady resident of VPO Troh, Tehsil Balh, District Mandi (HP) that her brother-in-law Kamlesh Kumar outrage her modesty. ASI Rajender Thakur I/O PS Balh is investigating this case.
CHALLANS
117 Challans were issued under mining act and fine Rs. 16,100/- was recovered and 26 challans were issued under COTPA and fine Rs. 2600/- was recovered and 2 challans were issued under mining act and fine Rs. 8000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
