CASE OF MURDER

1. Case FIR No. 199/16 dated 15/11/2016 U/S 302 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Hachhu Ram R/O Bhatehar  PO Sainthal Teisl Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/11/2016 he along with his family members had gone  to Chauntra  by a taxi and when they reached at Chauntra  he saw a person namely Naresh Visht S/O Late Sh. Jaswant Sngh R/O Bhatehar PO Sainthal Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) was lying near Rain Shelter Chauntra in  injured and unconscious state. On this he called an ambulance by calling on 108 and brought him to C.H. Baijnath where M.O. of C.H. Baijnath declared him brought dead. A sharp weapon injuries were on his stomach and thigh and he suspects that some unknown person had killed the deceased Naresh Visht. Inspr. Sanjeev Kumar SHO P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

During investigation total six persons were interrogated by SHO and Dy.S.P. Padhar Sh. Anil Dhaulta. After thorough investigation one accused namely Ranjeet R/O Bajiger Tehsil Jogindernagar who is taxi driver has been arrested in this case and vehicle taxi No. (HP01M-1313) which is having blood stain have also been taken in possession by the police. RFSL team from Mandi also visited the scene of Crime today at Chauntra. Intensive investigation of this case is in progress.   

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT.

2. Case FIR No. 198/16 dated 15-11-16 U/S 279, 427 IPC has been registered in PS Joginder Nagar on the complaint of Sh. Banwari Lal S/O Sh. Chakar R/O  Village  Karnarthu, PO Fatahar, Tehsil & PS Baijnath, District Kangra (HP) that on 14.11.2016 at about 09.50 PM he reached near Ahju along with his vehicle (HP53A-4692),  in the mean time one person namely Manoj Kumar hit by his vehicle (HP66-3450) in the rear tyre of his vehicle (HP53A-4692) and rolled down on the road. Due to which said vehicle (HP66-3450) rolled on a M/Cycle (HP53A4626) which was parked near Sunrise Restaurant on the road side and damaged the glasses of Sunrise Restaurant.  HC Desh Raj No. 41 I.O. of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF  EXCISE ACT.

3. Case FIR No 170/16 dated 15-11-16 U/S 39 HP Excise Act 2011 has been registered by SI Gopal Singh I/C PP Janjehali  in P.S. Gohar that on 14.11.2016 at about 07.45 PM he was on patrolling along with  other police officials at Janjehali and during patrolling he recovered 15 liter illicit liquor from  the possession of Narotam Ram S/O Sh.Govind Ram Vill. Tungadhar PO Janjehli Teh Tunag  Distt Mandi HP. SI Gopal Singh I.C P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.

CASE OF  PREVENTION OF DAMAGE TO PUBLIC  PROPERY ACT

4. Case FIR No. 158/16 dated 15/11/2016 U/S 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act  has been registered in P.S. Karsog by ASI Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog that some unknown persons damaged the inauguration plate of ground of GSSS Mamel. ASI Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

5.  172 offenders were  Challaned under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 18,600/- was imposed and realized from them 8 offenders were challaned under COTPA and fine of Rs. 800/- was imposed and realized from them. One offender was challaned under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 15,000 was imposed and realized under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
