Deepa Devi W/O Jiya Lal VPO Sangalwara Tehsil Thunag District Mandi (HP) that on 09/11/16 she along with her son were present in the house of Chet Ram resident of Dharzandi in connection with marriage function, in the mean time Bahgat Ram S/O Sh. Puran Chand R/O Bhmar PO Chhatri District Mandi (HP) obstructed her way and beat her up and also threatened her with dire consequences. ASI Om Parkash I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

Sh Chamaru Ram R/O Samkal PO Upper Behli Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 09/11/16 Brahma Dass, Amaru & Nikku all the resident of same locality obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Ram Prakash I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
5 Case FIR No. 124/16 dated 10/11/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by ASI Pushap Dev I/C of PP Nihari that on 09/11/16 that on receiving a telephonic information he along with other police officials rushed to the spot at Bara and found that a Tipper (HP65-0912) was fell down from the road, which was driven by Lalit Kumar S/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O Dartha Tehsil Nihari District Mandi (HP).This accident occurred due to rash and negligent act by driver of said tipper and two persons who were boarded on said tipper sustained injuries. ASI Pushap Dev I/C of PP Nihri is investigating the case.

6 Case FIR No. 270/16 dated 10/11/16 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Lajja Devi W/O Sh. Roop Lal R/O Hawani PO Chatrokhari Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 10/11/16 Sant Ram obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries. SI Nand Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

7 89 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 8000/- was recovered and 1Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered and 2 Challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
