VIGILANCE  AWARENESS  WEEK -2016

                    Today Vigilance Awareness Week-2016 observed at P.L. Mandi in which   Sh. Prem Kumar Thakur, IPS,   Superintendent of  Police Mandi,  Sh. Kulbhushan Verma, HPS,  Addl. S.P. Mandi and Sh. Hitesh Lakhanpal, HPS, Dy.S.P. (Hqrs) Mandi  along with 50 Police officials of Mandi Police took the pledge against corruption. 

                   The vigilance  awareness week  is  being  started  from  today  i.e. 31^st Oct. till  5^th  Nov. 2016  and  will  be   observed every year. The theme for this year is "Public Participation in Promoting  Integrity and eradicating Corruption".  

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1          Case FIR No.150/16 dated 30/10/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act  has  been registered in P.S. Karsog by ASI Mohan Joshi I.O. of P.S. Karsog that on 30/10/16  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Mamel and  during the course of patrolling he  recovered  1680 ML Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Chuni Lal S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O Ghodha Nali PO Kao Tehsil Karsog District Mandi (HP). ASI  Mohan Joshi I.O. of P.S.  Karsog  is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2          Case FIR No. 115/16 dated 30/10/16 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on  the complaint of Sh. Rajender Kumar S/O Sh. Uttam Chand R/O  Bhagdora PO Jai Devi  Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP)  that on 30/10/16   he parted his Jeep(HP31B-1318)  at Jai Devi, in the mean time  a HRTC Bus (HP10A-2649) which was driven by  Kuldeep Singh  came  rashly and negligently and hit to his  Jeep .  ASI  Ram Parkash I.O. of . P.S. BSL BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

3          Case FIR No. 292/16 dated 30/10/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint  of Sh. Tej Singh S/O Sh. Hari  Ram R/O Patha PO Khakhriyana Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 30/10/16 Jagdish Kumar came along with his family  members, obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Bodh Raj I/C of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.  

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4          Case FIR No. 291/16 daed 30/10/16 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Jiwan Dass S/O Sh. Jeet Ram R/O Pali PO Chunahan Tehsil  Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 30/10/16  he  along with his brother namely  Naveen Kumar were  going to Pali by his Scotty(HP33C-5013) and when they reached near  workshop of IPH Baggi, in the mean time a  Vehicle (HP33B-3849) came rashly from opposite side and hit his Scotty  and they sustained  injuries. ASI  Khalil Ahmad I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.      

  CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND MOLESTATION

5          Case FIR No.297/16 dated 31/10/16 U/S 452, 354, 354(A),354(B) has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the  complaint of   a lady VPO Dev Brata Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that on 30/10/16 Dinesh Kumar S/O Sh. Rattan Chand R/O Hawani PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) entered in her courtyard and outrage her modesty.  SI  Karanjeet Singh I.O. of  P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.   

CHALLANS

1.  38 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs.  2200 /- was recovered and 11 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
