CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT.

1.Case FIR No 148/16 U/S 341, 323 has been registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Surender Kumar S/O Sh. Dola Ram, R/O Village Bahawa, P.O Gohar, Tehsil Gohar District Mandi HP that on 03-10-16 he was going to his home and when he reached near Govt. Sec. Sr. School Chail Chowk in the mean time Tehender Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up due to which he sustained injuries. HC Hari singh No. 407 I/O PS Gohar is investigating this case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT.

2.     Case FIR NO 149/16 Dated 04.10.2016 U/S -279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Kishori Lal S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O Village Handeti, PO Purana Bazaar, Tehsil Sundernagar, District Mandi (HP) that on 04/10/2016 at about 06.45 AM he was present at Ganai Chowk in the mean time a motor cycle (HP 34A-6324) came rashly & negligently which was driven by Khem Raj, hit a person namely Chigu Ram S/O Podu Ram R/O Village Banni, PO Chailchowk, Tehsil Chachiot, District Mandi HP. This incident occurred due to rash and negligent riding by above M/Cycle rider.  HC Chaman Lal I/O P.S. Gohar is investigating this case.

CASE OF CRIMINALTRESPASS, HURT & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3.     Case FIR No 249/16 dated 3/10/16 U/S 452, 323, 324, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Man Singh S/O Khaji Ram R/O House No 222/12 Ramnagar Mandi, District Mandi HP that on 03/10/2106  Sanjay Kumr, Rajni and some other persons  entered in his courtyard , abused him and in the  mean time Jeevan Kumar entered in his room and beat him up and threatened him with  dire consequences. HC Nand Lal No 892 I/O P.P. City Mandi is investigating this case.

CASE OF HOUSE TRESPASS, HURT, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4.     Case FIR No 250/16 dated 3/10/16 U/S 452, 323, 324, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Lalit Kumar S/O Sh. Hari Ram R/O House No 222/12 Ram Nagar Mandi District Mandi HP that on 03/10/2016  Man Singh,  Neelam and some other persons entered in his room, beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Nand Lal No 892 I/O PP City Mandi is investigating this case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5.     Case FIR No 251/16 dated 4/10/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Rishi Dogra S/O Sh. Narender Kumar Dogra R/O House No 313/07 Mandi District Mandi HP that on 03/04/2016  he was present at bus stand Mandi, in the mean time Prem Kumar and Haris Kumar came there,  obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences.  ASI Ramesh Kumar I/O PS Sadar is investigating this case.

6.     295 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 31800/- was recovered and 24 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2700 /- was recovered and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act. And fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
