CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 93/16 dated 17/10/2016 U/S 341,323,504, IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Chaitri Devi W/O Sh. Tara Chand R/O Vill. Tip PO Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/10/2016, Meena Devi obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal No. 867 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 86/16 dated 17/10/2016 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Dharampur by Inspr. Amar Singh SHO P.S. Dharampur that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Saroli and during patrolling he recovered 96 bottles (72000 ML) country liquor from the possession of Tej Singh S/O Sh. Hem Singh R/O Vill. Riyur PO & Sub Tehsil Dharampur Distt. Mandi (HP). Inspr.Amar Singh SHO P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 280/16 dated 17/10/2016 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Om Dutt S/O Sh. Kishan Chand R/O VPO Patrighat Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 16/10/2016 he parked his car (HP21A-3439) near Society Link Rewalsar and about 12.05AM Amit Kumar that Anjali Bus (HP65-3981) fell down on his car while driver Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Lekh Ram R/O VPO Randhara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) was bringing said bus back.  HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

1. 57 Challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 73,00/-   was  recovered  and  7  challans   were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 700/-  was   recovered  during last 24 hours.
