CRIME REPORT ON 25 OCT

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.       Case FIR No. 269/16 dated 25/10/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S.Sadar Mandi by HC Bhagat Ram No. 905 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi that a M/Cycle (HP33A-7247) found lying nearby Trilokinath Mandir Purani Mandi and three persons who were have also been found in unconscious condition nearby said M/Cycle. These three injured and unconscious persons rushed immediately to Z.H. Mandi for treatment. Out of these three unconscious persons one person namely Sh. Dushyant S/O Sh. Kishore Kumar R/O Maigal PO Bijani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) aged 18 years declared brought dead by M.O. of Z.H. Mandi. Akshat Modgil S/O Sh. Kapil Modgil R/O H. No.273/7 Upper Samkhetar Distt. Mandi (HP) aged 18 years old in under treatment at Z.H. Mandi and Rimpu Dawan S/O Sh. Shashi Bhushan R/O H. No. 84/6 Moti Bazaar Mandi aged 24 years old referred to PGI for treatment.  Case has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi and   HC Bhagat Ram No. 905 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.  

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.       Case FIR No. 292/16 dated 25/09/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Desh Raj S/O Sh. Bhag Singh R/O VPO Talwada Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) that he is working as driver in HRTC and today he was on duty with HRTC bus (HP28A-1750) which was on its way from Balyana to Sarkaghat and when said bus reached near Alyana, a M/Cycle (HP28B-0589) which was ridden by Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Chuni Lal R/O Vill. Saraskan Tehsil Dharampur Distt. Mandi came  very rashly & negligently from Sarkaghat and struck   in front side of the said bus. ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.       Case FIR 287/16 dated 25/10/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O VPO Lohara Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/10/2016 he was driving a tipper (HP65-1713) which was on its way frfom Dadaur to Dhanotu and when reached at Dadaour, in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP80-1198) came from Bhaur side rashly and negligently and struck with said tipper. ASI Rajender Thakur I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case. 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4.       Case of FIR No. 293/16 dated 25/10/2016 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  by ASI Thakur Dass I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that on 25/10/2016 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Ropari and during patrolling he carried out search of a car (HP28-9171) and recovered three boxes of country liquor from said vechile. ASI Thakur Dass I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5.       Case FIR No. 89/16 dated 24/10/2016 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Dharampur by ASI Harnam Singh that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Kenchimore Dharampur and during the course of patrolling he recovered four boxes of country liquor from Tata Sumo (HP28C-5500) which coming from Sarkaghat side towards Dharampur which was driven by Som Nath S/O Sh. Achhar Singh R/O Diddanu PO Baroti Tehsil Dharampur Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Harnam Singh I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

6.       315 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 63,300 /- was recovered under M.V. Act, 17 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1700/- was recovered and 1 challan was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4600/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
