CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND MISCHIEF. 

1.      Case FIR No. 286/16 dated 24.10.16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 434, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Smt. Khimi Devi W/O Sh. Om Prakash R/O VPO Behna, Tehsil Balh, Distt. Mandi, HP that on 24.10.16 she was working in her fields, in the mean time Devender Kumar, Prem Lal and Sonu Devi came there, abused her,  obstructed her way  and beat her up and she sustained injuries. ASI Rajender Singh I/O PS Balh is investigating this case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT.

2.      A Case FIR No 113/16 dated 23/10/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar  by ASI Ram Prakash that on 23.10.2016 at about  08.30PM he received telephonic information that a M/Cycle met with an accident at Naresh Chowk. On this he rushed to the spot and found that  M/Cycle (HP33-ET-9586) fell down on the road, rider along with its pillion rider were also fell down on road and they both sustained injuries. This accident took place due to rash and negligent riding by M/Cycle rider Miter Dev S/O Sh. Lobhi Ram R/O Village Kotlu, PO Jaidavi, Tehsil Sunder Nagar, District Mandi HP. ASI Ram Prakash I/O PS Sundernagar is investigating this case.

3.      Case FIR No. 259/16 dated 24-10-16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Kusum Sen W/O Sh. Joginder Singh R/O Village Bharajwanu, PO Jugahan, Tehsil Sunder Nagar, District Mandi, HP that on 24-10-16 at about 10.20 AM Arun @ Happy S/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O Bharajwanu abused her, obstruct her way and beat her up due to which she sustained injuries. ASI Sharwan Kumar I/O of P.S. Sunderngar is investigating this case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, MOLESTATION AND INTIMIDATION.

4.      Case FIR N0 290/16 dated 23-10-2016 U/S 341, 354B, 504 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of a lady resident of  Village Baglana, PO Cholthara, Tehsil Sarkaghat, Distt. Mandi, HP   that on 23-10-2016     Sandeep Singh S/O Jashwant Singh obstructed her way and tried to outrage her modesty nearby her home. ASI Naresh Kumar I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating this case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, ASAULT & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION.

5.      Case FIR No. 268/16 dated 23/10/16 U/S 451, 355, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of a lady resident of Village Chanwari, PO Tilli, Tehsil Sadar, Distt. Mandi, HP that on 23/10/16 at about 3.45 PM she was sitting in her shop in the mean time Karam Singh came there and  threatened her with dire consequences.  HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 69 I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating this case.

6.      Case FIR No. 88/16 dated 23/10/2016 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the written complaint of Sh. Joginder Singh S/O Sh. Bakshi Ram R/O Vill. Kathaili PO Laungani Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/10/2016 Satish Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Manohar Lal I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigtign the case.

CHALLANS

7.      208 Challans were issued under MV Act. and fine of Rs. 37,000/- was recovered, 11 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1100/- was recovered and 4 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 400 was recovered during last 24 hours.
