CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT , ATTEMPT TO MURDER AND INTIMIDATION
1 Case FIR No. 276/16 dated 12/10/16 U/S 452, 323, 324, 307, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sohan Lal S/O Sh. Poddhi Ram R/O Ghatta PO Kummi Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 12/10/16 his brother-in-law namely Keshaw @Bittu resident of the same locality entered in his courtyard and tried to kill him with sharp weapon and he sustained injuries . ASI Rajinder Thakur I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF MOLESTATION , HURT AND INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No.277/16 dated 12/10/16 U/S 354, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of a person R/O Ghatta PO Kummi Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 12/10/16 his brother namely Sohan Singh resident of the same locality tried to outrage the modesty of his daughter and when he entered in the room to enquire the matter, in the mean time Sohan Singh started to beat him and when his wife tried to escape him then Sohan Singh also beat her up and they sustained injuries. HC Raj Kumar No.49 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF PERSONATING A PUBLIC SERVANT
3 Case FIR No.91/16 dated 12/10/16 U/S 170 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Devanand S/O Late. Sh. Netar Singh R/O Sanehar Narla PO Padhar Distirict Mandi (HP) that he is a Shopkeeper at Narla. That on 12/10/16 a person came in his shop and represented himself as a food inspector. CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4 Case FIR No. 285/16 dated 12/10/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Braham Dass S/O Sh. Sundernagar Singh R/O Mohin PO Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that on 12/10/16 he was going to his native, in the mean time a Motor Cycle(HP74-0638) came rashly and negligently and hit to Jagdish Chand and he sustained injuries. HC Kamal Kant No.860 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
5 Case FIR No. 175/16 dated 13/10/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Sandeep Kumar I/C of PP Lad-Bharol that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 36 Bottles of Country Liquor & 24 Bottles of Beer from the possession of Shiv Singh S/O Sh. Pradbhdyal R/O Sanda Tehsil Lad-Bhrol District Mandi(HP) . ASI Sandeep Kumar I/C of PP Lad-Bharol is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
6 Case FIR No. 84/16 dated13/10/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharmpur on the complaint of Sh. Vikash Kumar S/O Sh. Ravi Kumar R/O Kothuan Tehsil Sandhole District Mandi (HP) that today he was going to his shop at Batour Sehar by his Car and when he reached near at Rawada Bridge in the mean time a tractor(HP28-6383) which was driven by Gaggan Kumar S/O Sh.Jagdish Chand R/O Balyani PO Sandhol, came rashly and fell downward at about 50 feet from the road as result said driver along with a person Sonu Kumar resident of Uttrakhand sustained injuries. ASI Chiranji Lal I/C of PP Sandhol is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
7 229 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 31,600/- was recovered and 24 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2700 /- was recovered and 1 challan was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs.500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
