CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 273/16 dated 27/10/16  U/S  20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  by  ASI  Kishori Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar that on 27/10/16 he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials at Bibndravani and during the course of checking of  HRTC Bus(HP69A-1558) which was  on its route from   Manali to Delhi, he recovered  1076  Gram Charas (Cannabis ) from the possession of Lal Chand S/O Sh. Tot Ram R/O Nagar Tehsil Manali District Kullu (HP). ASI  Kishori  Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCE  AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT

2          Case FIR No. 114/16 dated 28/10/16 U/S 353, 332 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ram Chander S/O Sh. Ram Singh R/O Mandarnu PO Karsog District Mandi (HP) that on 27/10/16 he was on duty at  forest check Post Jachh alongwith Chowkidar namely Saran Dass & Gulab Singh   and during  the course of checking  of  Jeep( HP31-9395)   driver  namely  Jeet Ram came out from the vehicle  and beat him up  and he sustained injuries.  HC Dharam Chand I/O of PP Nihari is investigating  the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3          Case FIR No. 272/16 dated 27/10/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by  ASI Hem Raj I/C of PP Pandoh that on 27/10/16 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Majhwar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 Litre illicit liquor from the possession of  Puran Chand S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O  Kipad Kuthera , PO Majhwar Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP). ASI Hem Raj I/C of PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT  ACT  

 

4         Case FIR No. 261/16 dated 28/10/16 U/S 336 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of  Miss  Leela Devi D/O  Molak Raj  R/O Sapdu PO Rewalsar Tehsil Balh  District Mandi (HP) that on 18/10/16 when she was  boarding  a  HRTC Bus  at  Mahamaya Temple, in the mean time  conductor  of said Bus close the door  negligently  as a result  complainant sustained injuries.  ASI Brij Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.  

 

CASE OF  EXCISE ACT

5          Case FIR No. 185/16 dated 27/10/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in   P.S. Jogindernagar  by  ASI  Ashok Kumar I/C of PP Bassi  that on 27/10/16  when he was on patrolling along with  other police officials at Gaduhin near Bhararu,  he recovered 7 Bottles of  English Wine from  the possession  of Chattar Singh S/O Sh. Hem Singh R/O  Gaduhin  PO Bhararu Tehsil Jogindernagar Distict Mandi (HP). ASI  Ashok Kumar I/C of PP Bassi is investigating the  case.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6          Case FIR No. 296/16 dated 27/10/16  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been  registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  by ASI  Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that on 27/10/16 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Sarkaghat Bazaar and during the course of patrolling he recovered  2 Bottles of English Wine   from the possession of  Malkiyat Singh  S/O Sh.  Mahinder  Singh  R/O  Hari  Behna  Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) . ASI  Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7          Case FIR No. 98/16 dated 28/10/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar by  HC Sarvan Kumar No.42  I.O. of P.S. Padhar  District Mandi (HP) that on 27/10/16 Bhupender   Singh  S/O Sh. Pyar Dev  R/O  Barara District Ambala was driving the  vehicle (HR01AH-5105) very  rashly and negligently  as a result  said vehicle met  with an accident at  Ghatasani  , driver of vehicle sustained injuries and referred to RPGMC Tanda,   Kangra for further treatment.  HC Sarwan Kumar No. 42  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

 8         162  Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 26,400 /- was recovered  and  18  challans  were  issued  under  COTPA  and  fine   of Rs  1900 /-  was  recovered  during last 24  hours.
