CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

1            Case FIR No. 94/16 dated 19/10/16 U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on  the complaint of Sh. Rajinder Kumar S/O Sh. Kumar Singh   R/O  Manoh PO Bassi  Tehsil Jogindernagar  District  Mandi (HP) that  on 18/10/16  he along with  his friend namely  Golu  were  going towards Boaching by  Motor Cycle which  was ridden by  Golu and  when they reached   near  Boaching, in the mean time  the rider of M/Cycle lost  the control on Motor Cycle  due to rash and negligently riding and fell downwards from  the road as a result  he  sustained injuries  and admitted to  CH Jogindernagar and   later on he referred  to  RPGMC Tanda Kangra.  HC Thakur Singh No. 31 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2          Case FIR No. 155/16 dated 18/10/16 U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Chintamani  S/O Sh.  Hem Raj  PO  Jachh Tehsil Chachiot District Mandi (HP) tht on 18/10/16   when he was present at  village  Jail, in the mean time  a Car (HP32A-2731) came  from Baga side  which was driven by  Yadav Singh  S/O Sh.  Hari  Singh R/O Bodla PO Jachh Tehsil Chachiot District Mandi (HP)   with  rashly and negligently  and hit to Netar Singh S/O Sh.  Kanshi Ram R/O Jail PO Jachh  Tehsil Chachiot  District Mandi (HP) and sustained   injuries.  HC Chaman Lal No. 410 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF   PUBLIC SAFETY

 

3          Case FIR No. 112/16 dated 18/10/16 U/S 283  IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut by  ASI Hari Singh  that he was patrolling  along with other police officials   and during the course of patrolling he   found that  a  Rehri was laid  on  the road by Kali Ram  S/O Sh. Bhag Singh  R/O  Mangoli  Sub.  Tehsil Balichowki District  Mandi (HP) which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as  traffic.  ASI  Hari Singh  I.O. of   P.S. Padhar is  investigating the case.

 

CASE OF   PUBLIC SAFETY

 

 4         Case FIR No. 113/16 dated 18/10/16 U/S 283  IPC has  been registered in P.S.  Aut   by  HC Anil Kumar No.33  that he was on patrolling   along with other police officials  at  Aut   and during the course of patrolling he  found that   a  Rehri was  laid on the  road by   Pappu Rajput  S/O  Sh.  Budhi  Lal  R/O Behra PO Nanpara District Bahraich (UP)  which was causing obstruction to the general public  as well as traffic .  HC Anil Kumar No. 33 I.O. of P.S.Aut is  investigating the case.

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

5          Case FIR No. 262/16 dated 19/10/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar  on the complaint of  Sh. Rajender Kumar S/O Sh. Gauri Shankar  R/O Kalehali PO  Bajoura, Tehsil Bhunter, District Kullu(HP)  that on 18/10/16  he was  coming  to Bhunter  from Dhanotu by Jeep(HP66-1911)  and when he reached  Pul Gharat , in the  mean time  a  Motor Cycle(HP33-6486) came rashly from  Mungwai side  and  hit to his Jeet  as  a result  Motor Cycle rider  namely  Vishal sustained injuries. ASI  Kishori Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1.   74  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs.9000 /- was recovered and 6 Challans were    issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
