CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1. Case FIR No.289/16 dated 23/10/16 U/S  341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the  complaint of  Sh. Birbal Singh S/O Sh. Poshu Ram R/O Loakahar PO Thouna Tehsil Sarkahat District Mandi (HP)  that on 22/10/16  he was  going to Thona Bazaar,  in the  mean time  Mr. Nijju Kumar resident of same locality obstructed his way and  beat  him up and he sustained injuries. SI  Karanjeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2          Case FIR  No. 159/16 dated 23/09/16 U/S 39 of HP  Excise Act has been registered in  P.S. Gohar  by  Insp. Chand Kishore SHO of P.S. Gohar  that on  23/10/16  he was  on patrolling along with other police officials at Masog and during the course of patrolling he recovered 2000 ML illicit  liquor  from the possession of  Beena Devi W/O Sh. Mohan Lal R/O  Masog Tehsil Chachiot  District Mandi(HP). Insp.  Chand Kishore SHO of  P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.  Insp. Chand Kishore SHO of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3          Case FIR No. 158/16 dated 23/09/16 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the  complaint of  Sh.  Dharam Pal S/O Sh. Neel Mani  VPO Jahal Tehsil Chachiot  District Mandi (HP)  that on  22/10/15 a Private Bus(HP65-5484)  came rashly  from Devidhah and reached at Jahal Bazaar, in the mean time  driver of  said bus  lost the control on  Bus due to rash and negligent driving and fell down  about  10 meter  downward from the road.  HC Chaman Lal  No. 410  I.O. P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4          Case FIR No. 148/16 dated 22/10/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC &  U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in  P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Ravinder Kumar S/O Sh. Netar Singh  VPO  Chatri Tehsil  Thunag District Mandi (HP) that on 22/10/16 when he was present  at Mamail in the mean time   a Motor Cycle (A/F) came from Karsog side towards Kao very rashly and negligently  and hit a child namely  Khushwinder S/O Sh. Bodh Raj R/O Shanna PO Karsog aged  8 years old   who  was  going to his  School at Mumail and sustained injuries.  Motor Cycle rider  sped away from the spot.  ASI  Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 5          212  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs.  31,100/- was recovered and 10 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
