CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

1. Case FIR No. 251/16 dated 11/10/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been  registered in P.S.Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Devender Kumar S/O Sh. Sankar Dass R/O Bahot PO & Teh  Sundernagar District Mandi(HP) that on 10/10/16 he was present at Chinar Hotel Slah, in the mean time a Tipper (HP65-2105) came rashly and negligently from Lalit Chowk side  and  hit a Car(HP32B-2272). ASI  Sharwan Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

2          Case FIR No. 254/16 dated 10-10-16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in  PS Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Heera Lal S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Vill. Nela, PO Dudar, Tehsil Sadar Mandi HP that on 10-10-16 at 10.15pm he was present outside of the Bus Stand Mandi in the mean time a bike No. HP33C-4433 came very rashly from  Sauli Khadd side and collided with a car No. HP01M-2000, which was standing outside the Bus Stand, as a result of which Motor cycle rider Aashish Saini S/O Sh. Mohan Lal Vill. Ghatta, PO Kummi, Tehsil Balh, Distt. Mandi aged 24 years and the pillion rider  Dixit S/O Puran Chand VPO Bir Tungal. Tehsil Kotli, Distt. Mandi HP sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by SI Ram Lal I/O PS Sadar Mandi.

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR  No. 255/16 dated 11/10/16 U/S  279,337  IPC & U/S 187  M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Lal Singh S/O Sh. Gagnu Ram  VPO  Marathu Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP) that   he  is serving in HPPWD,  today he was coming  to   Mandi  by  Scooty (HP33D- 2515) and when he reached near Ghera, in the mean time a  Private Bus(HP65-1692), which was on its  route from  Mandi to Rewalsar, came rashly  and negligently,  hit  his   Scooty  and  sped away from the spot and complainant sustained injuries.  HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 69 I.O. of P.S. Sadar  is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF RAPE

1. Case FIR No.283/16 dated 10/10/16 U/S  376, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  on the complaint of a girl  R/O Parchhu P.O. Sajaopiplu  Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) aged 21 years old that  on 01/10/16 Vishal Thakur S/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Tikkari PO  Rakhoh Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) raped her and also threatened  her with dire consequences. SI   Sandeep Choudhary  SHO of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1. 163   Challans were issued unde M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 17,800/- was recovered and 17 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1700/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
