Jindu Ram R/O Gehari PO Kotli District Mandi (HP) that on 30/09/16 when he was cutting the grass in his land, in the mean time daughter-in-law of Sh. Tota Ram beat him up and he sustained injuries and also threatened him with dire consequences. ASI Ashok Kumar I/C of PP Kotli is investigating the case.

Kali Dutt R/O Dari PO Sachani Tehsil Bhunter District Kullu (HP) that on 28/10/16 he was present at Panarsa in the mean time a vehicle came rashly and negligently and hit to Nihal Singh as result Nihal Singh sustained injuries. Shiv Ram R/O Samloun Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 28/10/16 Yog Raj came along with his wife namely Champa Devi, entered in her courtyard and beat her up and she sustained injuries and they also threatened her with dire consequences. Dip Kumar R/O Lanaghar PO Giun Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that on 28/10/16 Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Jai Singh R/O Lanaghar PO Giun Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi(HP) obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 61 I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.

5 Case FIR No. 263/16 dated 29/10/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Balwant Kumar S/O Sh. Kesar Singh R/O Masyahan PO Baggi Tehsil Balh District Mandi(HP) that on 28/10/16 when he reached at Harabag by vehicle (HP65-5174), in the mean time a Car( WB-02S-6159) came very rashly from slapper side and hit to his said vehicle. CASE OF EXCISE ACT
6 Case FIR No. 188/16 dated 29/10/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by SI Kuldeep Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar that on 29/10/16 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Gumma and during the checking of Motor Cycle( HP76-0379) he recovered 12 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Pyar Chand S/O Sh. Katku Ram R/O Nagan PO Chukku Tehsil Padhar District Mandi (HP). SI Kuldeep Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

7 Case FIR No. 186/16 dated 28/10/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ajay Kumar S/O Sh. Devender Singh R/O Lower Seri Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 28/10/16 he was going towards Mandi by his Motor Cycle(HP29A-4928) and when reached near Panchyat office, in the mean time a another Motor Cycle (A/F) came rashly and negligently and hit to his Motor Cycle and he sustained injuries. HC Hosiyar Singh I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

8 Case FIR No. 187/16 dated 28/10/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC & U/S 184 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Joginderngar on the complaint of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Vikram Singh R/O Salri PO Bhora Tehsil Palampur District Kangra(HP) that on 28/10/16 driver of tanker (HR37D-3243) namely Rajesh Kumar R/O Samkhetar Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) came rashly and negligently and met with an accident at Dhelu and sustained injuries. SI Prittam Singh I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
9 316 Challans were issued unde M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 25,300/- was recovered and 24 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2400/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
