CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION 

 

1          Case FIR No. 278/16 dated 15/10/16 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sukhdev S/O Sh. Manoj Kumar R/O Ghatta  PO  Kummi  Tehsil  Balh  District Mandi (HP) that  on 15/10/16 he was  present at Kansa Chowk, in the mean time two  persons namely  Pushpender  &  Amit obstructed his way  and  beat him up and he sustained injuries and they  also threatened  him with dire consequences. HC  Rajkumar No. 49  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

2          Case FIR No. 279/16 dated 16/10/16 U/S 341, 323, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Dava  Lama R/O  Sakalpna  Society  11/13  Versoba Andheri West Mumbai presently  owner of  Sheegul Dhaba Dadour Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP)  that on  15/10/16 when he was serving the  food to  customers, in the mean time a  vegetable   vender  namely  Bhola  came there and beat him up and he sustained injuries and  when his employee  tried to escape him,  they also threatened   them dire consequences. HC Rajkumar No. 49  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND  MURDER

 

3          Case FIR No. 154/16 dated 16/10/16 U/S 341, 323,  302  IPC  has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Vijay  Kumar  S/O Sh. Sukh Dev Singh R/O Bitan Tehsil Haroli District Una(HP) that on 15/10/16 he along with Mamta Devi   came from Una  to Baila.  At about 11 PM  namely Dole  Ram  & Pawan Kumar  obstructed his way  and beat him up  and he sustained injuries and  complainant   was under treatment at CH Gohar, later on he succumbed   to his injuries  while   under treatment  at CH  Gohar . Insp. Chand  Kishore I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND OBSTRUCTING WAY

 

4          Case FIR No. 178/16 dated 16/10/16 U/S 452, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.   Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Chand S/O Sh. Chamaru Ram R/O Wan PO  Chimhnu Tehsil Jogindernagar  District Mandi (HP) that  on 15/10/16   Sunita Devi, Hem Raj, Shoba  Ram, Gian Chand, Sonu all the resident of  Wan PO  Chimhnu Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) entered in his courtyard  beat him up and he sustained injuries and  they also threatened him with dire  consequences. ASI  Ashok Kumar I/C of PP Bassi is  investigating the case.  

 

CASE OF MOLESTATION, HURT  AND  RIOTING

 

5          Case FIR No. 179/16 dated  16/10/16 U/S 354, 323, 147, 149  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of   a  lady Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP)   that on  Krishan Chand, Roshan Lal, Roop  Lal, Happy, Pravin, Skina Devi all the resident of  Wan P.O.  Chimhnu Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP)   beat  her up and   Krishan  Chand  also tried to  outrage her modesty and when her husband   escaped  her then     they also beat  him up .  ASI  Ashok Kumar  I/C of PP Bassi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  OBSTRUCITNG   WAY AND HURT

 

 6         Case  FIR  No. 177/16 dated 15/10/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S Jogindernagar on the complaint  of  Sh. Kamlesh S/O Sh. Khem Chand R/O Sahaj PO  Kurati Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP)   that   he   serving in the HPPWD Section  Makridi .  On  15/10/16 when  he along with   their  colleague were loading the tipper at PWD Mechanic  Plant  Badon , in the mean time  a tipper  (HP29A-3013)  which  was driven by  Mehar Singh  S/O Sh. Prabhdyal R/O  Bahohar PO Chauntra  Tehsil  Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP)  came rashly and negligently  and hit to  Ravinder Kumar  as a result  Ravinder Kumar sustained injuries.  ASI  Ashok Kumar I/C of PP Bassi is investigating the case.

 

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION  

 

 7         Case FIR No. 85/16 dated  16/10/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the  complaint of Sh. Pradeep Kumar S/O Sh. Sant Ram VPO  Sandhol District Mandi (HP) that on  15/10/16 when he was going to his home alongwith his friends namely  Anku and  Sunil , in the mean time  Rajinder. Sonu &   Praveen came there  and beat  them up as result they sustained injures. HC Raj Kumar No. 27 I.O. of P.S. Sandhol is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

1.  126  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs.  17,500 /- was recovered and 5 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered and 2 Challan was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 8000 /-  was recovered during last 24 hours.
