CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

 

1          Case FIR No. 288/16 dated 26/10/16 U/S 279 IPC & U/S 187 MV Act has  been  registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Miss Kumari Bharti D/O Sh. Moti Ram R/O Ganevra PO Baggi Tehsil  Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 26/10/16 when she  was going  to  her home  and reached near Baggi, in the mean time a Scooty  which was ridden by Lokesh  came rashly and negligently  and  hit her  away  from the  road and she sustained injuries.  SI  Vijay Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

 

2          Case FIR No. 289/16  dated 26/10/16 U/S  279 IPC & U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Kanku Ram R/O Dolangi Soyra Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 26/10/16  he was going to Jalandhar by his  Jeep(HP65-1139) and when they reached near Nagchalla, in the mean time a Truck(HP64-2912)  came   very rashly  from Dadour side and hit his Jeep  and he sustained injuries.   ASI  Khalil Ahmed I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST  PUBLIC SERVANT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDAITON

 

3          Case FIR No. 271/16 dated 26/10/16 U/S 353, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh.Krisahn Chand S/O Sewak Ram R/O  Kushmal PO  Saletar Tehsil Kotli District Mandi (HP) that   he  is  Pradhan  of Gram Panchyat Dhanyara. On 26/10/16 Parkash Chand  resident  of same locality manhandled  with him   and   abused  him by caste, also threatened  him with dire consequences.  ASI  Ashok Kumar I/C of PP Kotli is investigating the case.

 

    CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

 

4          Case FIR No. 114/16 dated 26/10/16 U/S 283  IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut by  HC Durga Dass No. 408  I.O. of  Police Post Bali Chowki that on 26/10/16 when he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Bali Chowki and  during the course of patrolling he found that  a  Rehri was  laid on the road by  Dalip Singh S/O Sh. Manglu Ram R/O Sanaru PO  Bali Chowki District Mandi (HP)  which was causing obstruction to the  general public as well as traffic.  HC  Durga Dass I.O. of PP Bali Chowki is investigating the case.

 

  CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY   

 

5          Case FIR No. 115/16 dated 26/10/16 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut  by  ASI Mohar Singh I/C PP Bali Chowki that on 26/10/16 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Bali Chowki Bazaar and during the course of patrolling he  found that a rehari was laid on the road by  Agyam Chand S/O Sh. Man Dass R/O Dhandhar PO Manglor  District  Kullu (HP) which was causing  obstruction to the general public as well as traffic. ASI  Mohar Singh I/C of PP Bali Chowki is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

1.    177  Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 38,600 /- was recovered and 14  Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs.1500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
