CASE   OF NDPS ACT

1   Case FIR No. 111/16 dated 14/10/16  U/S  20, 25 NDPS Act has been registered in  P.S.       Aut  by  SI  Lal   Singh       Addl. SHO of P.S.  Aut  that  on 13/10/16  he  laid  nakka  alongwith other police  officials at  NH-21and       during the  course of  checking of  vehicle (HR 68A- 1512)  he recovered   4 KG    Charas  from    the possession of  Pradeep Kumar S/O Sh. Mahender  Singh  R/O Ward No.-1 Niuli P.O. Suchain Sub Tehsil             Sainj    Tehsil   Banjar  District Kullu (HP) aged 40 years old , Jagdish  Lal S/O Sh. Sohan Lal R/O  House No.6061 Ward   No.9  New  Model town Amloh Road Khanna District  Ludhiaina (PB)  aged  49 years old  and   Smt.        Raj       Kaur W/O  Late. Sh. Surrender R/O Near Amloh Road Khanna Jhungi Jhonpari Thana Kalan  District  Ludhiana(PB) aged 36 years old. SI  Lal Singh            Addl. SHO of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2          Case FIR No.92/16 dated 13/10/16  U/S 279, 337 MV Act has  been registered in P.S.  Padhar on the    complaint of  Sh. Vikash  Sharma S/O Sh. Harish Kumar R/O House No. B/158 Preet  Nagar   Pathankot      (PB)             that  on 13/10/16  when  he  along with  his friend    were  coming by Motor Cycle(PB35T-6440)  from Pathankot   towards Mandi  and when they reached near  Megal in the   mean  time  a truck(HP39-4167) came rashly and        negligently from  Mandi side  and hit his Motor Cycle as a result he  along with         his friend namely Sandeep  sustained injuries.  HC Chaman   Lal  No. 867  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is  investigating the case.

CASE  OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3          Case  FIR No. 259/16 dated 13/10/16 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.         Sadar on thecompliant  of  Smt. Sarla Devi  W/O Sh. Ghanshyam R/O Upper Bhiuli  Tehsil Sadar  District  Mandi (HP)  thaton 12/10/16 when  she was fencing  land, in the mean time Kanta Devi   came there and obstructed  her way , beat her up and  she sustained injuries. HC Ram Singh I. O. of P.S. Sardar  Mandi  is             investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING

4         Case  FIR No. 260/16 dated 13/10/16 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sadar on   the  complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Baldev Singh R/O Mangawain Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP) that  Prem Chand S/O Sh. Chuni Lal R/O Mangwain,  owner of  safe  Hands Tour & Travel   cheated   him  by taking   sum of  Rs.  25 Lacs as   he will send him to Turkey but  he did not  send him so far.  ASI  Ananad Kishore  I/C of PP City Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF NON-ATTENDANCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM PUBLIC SERVANT

5          Case  FIR No.176/16 dated 13/10/16 U/S 174   IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar  by  ASI  Ranjeet Singh  Incharge of PP Ghatta  that  on  13/10/16  P.O. Cell Mandi  succeeded to arrest the    accused  Rakesh  Kumar S/O Sh. Hoshiar  Ram  R/O Salpari P.O. Ohara Tehsil & Khairi District  Chamba (HP)  who was wanted  in Case FIR No. 19/14 dated 09/02/16 U/S 379, 201, 34 IPC of  P.S.     Jogindernagar  and declared proclaimed  offender by  the  Ld Court  of  JMIC-Jogindernagar. ASI  Ranjeet Singh          I/C of   PP Ghatta is investigating the case. 

CHALLANS

6            325  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs.  46,300 /- was recovered and    15Challanswere issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1500 /- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
